yesterday was a good day staying on track (except a couple chips w/ my cousin but i didn't have half a bag!!) and i was getting hungry within 2 hours of going to bed, so i had a small banana and strawberries cut up

BUT this was after doing the 30 day shred! so i still lost half a pound

hope to see 187 before Wednesday (official weigh-in)
