~Memorial Day Challenge~
 
Hi everyone! :wave: With the First Day of Spring Challenge coming to an end, I thought maybe some of you would like to start a new challenge. Since Memorial Day (Monday, May 31) is pretty much our unofficial first day of Summer I thought that might be a good place to end up. If anyone is interested please join!! Hopefully with each other's support and encouragement we can reach our Summer goals!

I'll start:

SW: 160.5
GW: 149.5

Goal: Lose 11 lbs and start/stick with a workout routine

Might be a bit ambitious since I'm losing slower now that I'm closer to goal, but that seems like a long enough time to get 'er done, haha. Good luck to everyone!

Even though I hit my initial weight loss goal last week, I'm still reassessing where I want to be when I've ended the weight loss period. Currently I'm thinking mid-130's, but we'll see, I'm definitely happy with some places on my body, but my stomach still needs to lose a few! I'm going to try for 140 by Memorial day! :)

Gourmet, ooh a cabin on the lake that sounds like so much fun!

toesock, I didn't quite make my Spring Challenge either but we can do this!

mkendrick, lblazy, and Pink, I hope to be joining you ladies in the 140's by the end of this challenge (at the higher end but still). :)

smisen, great job on maintaining for those months! I did that as well (although mine was for about 6 months) but I'm back in gear now too since Jan so we can do this!

What day is everyone's official WI day?

And does anyone want to share what workout/diet plan they are following? It looks like you all have had tremendous success so far!

My "official" WI day is Monday even though I weigh every morning. And I am currently counting calories trying to stay around 1500-1600 but I think I might be lowering that to 1400-1500 soon. As for exercise, I have a 16 month old that I run around after. I haven't added formal workouts yet but I plan to soon!

My official weigh-ins are Sunday but I have been weighing everyday, which I plan on stopping soon.
