smisen, great job on maintaining for those months! I did that as well (although mine was for about 6 months) but I'm back in gear now too since Jan so we can do this!
What day is everyone's official WI day?
And does anyone want to share what workout/diet plan they are following? It looks like you all have had tremendous success so far!
My "official" WI day is Monday even though I weigh every morning. And I am currently counting calories trying to stay around 1500-1600 but I think I might be lowering that to 1400-1500 soon. As for exercise, I have a 16 month old that I run around after. I haven't added formal workouts yet but I plan to soon!
