Hi ladies! I hope you're all doing well, it looks like most of you are! I haven't been around much and my weight really shows it unfortunately. I was wanting to be at least 155 by now, but I'm starting an exercise routine tomorrow and I'm really going to buckle down in these last 4 weeks. I'm not sure if I can meet my goal but I'm going to try my hardest- I really want to see those 140's!
I saw 156 briefly last week but I know I will again soon so I refuse to change my ticker!
I've not been eating great the last couple days so I'm hoping this is mostly water and I can get to 155-156 by next WI. I gotta work really hard. We can do this!!

-- been away from the boards due to moving from one suite to another (in the house) but i did drop a few pounds hoping to see more of that the next few days! i WANT to get as close as possiblefor this goal!!
-- need to get back into my calorie counting, but so far i've been doing well maintaining, so i know once i stop calorie counting i wont have a problem. i plan on calorie counting right when TOM is gone, so hopefully i see a good loss for the next couple weeks
i was pratically trying to gain this week with finals, i was snacking all the time but I lost two pounds! i lost more weight this week than i had in a while!
Well, I have surpassed my goal! I didn't think these last pounds would come off as easily I'm headed for maintenance range, but I'm not sure if I can pull off the last 2lbs by Memorial Day, so I'll save that goal for the next challenge, hehe. I'll just be happy that I succeeded in this one!
-- alright, so day 1 of being officially back on track went very well! didn't eat anything else i hadn't calculated! then day 2, i ate well until dinner time.. it was my cousin's birthday, BUT i only ate half of my baked potatoe, and ate all my salad, protein and veggies. then later, i had a slice of bon ton cake (my faveeee!) and honestly, i lost 2lbs after that. but today i'm back on track again! only 9 more pounds to go! i dont know if i'll make it for may 31, BUT this is more my goal for june 16.. when i leave for greece

I've been upping my exercise and have lost weight a bit faster that way, but now I'll have to rest for a while due to sore calves so I'm not expecting much of a loss next week.
-- a little upset about this 'gain'. back on track with calorie counting, and i'm going to do my 30 Day Shred (level 1 & 2 intervals) along with a bit of pilates thrown in (not including my daily walking) and hoping to be back down to 184 by this Wednesday. I think it's because I don't have enough fibre lately, so i've started adding more of that to my diet. wish me luck girls!
