Wooo I'm finally here! I've been 168 for two days now Just 13 lbs. away from my goal, although I'm starting to think I might lower it to 145 instead of 155. We'll see when I get there! At 160, I'll be solidly in a size 10 and my boyfriend is taking me on a SHOPPING SPREE!
I have been terribly lazy and out of it. But, I'm happy to say that I've started the C25K program and I'm on week 3/4, I need to see where I'm at for times. Today I also did the 30 DS again. I'm amazed at how quick you loose strength when you don't do it for 2 months. I think I have a diferent mind set now. I'm realizing that I'm worth this. Ihaven't changed my eating yet, but at least I'm writing down what I ate today. So I'm definately working in the right direction. I'm very excited.
Valentine, I really want to join you over there, but I'm just barely in the 150s and I want to make sure I'm firmly there before I go over. At 159.8, if I take a couple sips of water, I'm back in the 160s. If I lose half a pound or more this coming week, I'll go to the 150s thread. Since my TOM will be over in a day or so, I'm crossing my fingers for a whoosh.
I'm sorry you had such a rough week, tuende. I don't have any advice aside from go back to doing what you were doing before you got off-track. A couple days of being on-plan, and you'll get back in the habit. Congratulations on getting hired for China!
tuende, congrats on getting the job you will have so much fun I would love to go to China! And I'm sorry your week has been so crazy, I would say just focus on at least your eating for right now and then get back to where you were with eating and exercise before all the craziness started. Good luck I know you can do it!
kirjava, good luck on getting a little lower into the 150's! I know where you are coming from but I have to say to me 159.8 is as good as anything for heading over there!
This morning the scale read 158.9!! However, that kind of freaked me out so I weighed myself like 10 times lol and the highest weight read 159.2! I'm going to wait til my official WI tomorrow to make it official (which I'm hoping will say 158-something) but it looks like I'll be out of here soon finally! And all you girls are doing amazing you'll be heading over there in the next week no doubt!

I just had a massive whoosh, but im not sure if its gonna stick. im at 156.4 today after breakfast and drinking water. TOM just finished :-) hopefully this will be one of my last posts in this thread, and i will have you all join me soon in the 150s! whoooo! :-)

My TOM should be over tomorrow, and I'm crossing my fingers for even a mini-whoosh so I can say for sure I'm permanently out of the 160s. I had a weird weekend for eating; I went really overboard yesterday on my cheat day, but today I barely felt hungry so I didn't take in a lot of calories. I hope that balances out instead of just completely messing with my loss. I really want to join you all in the 150s thread soon, so I think I might weigh-in on Tuesday or Wednesday instead of waiting until Saturday.
Congrats to everyone who is leaving! I still have a ways to go, but I'm losing SO FAST now that I'm jogging and drinking tons of water (already down to 167, 2.4 lbs. lost at this week's weigh-in; I don't know how I'm suddenly dropping so quickly).
I did a 2 1/4 mile jog this morning and it's windy and cold, and I went REEEAAALLLY slow, but I did it! I'm trying not to let the time matter.
Hey all! I haven't been around lately, mostly due to my internet (grr...), but I just wanted to let you all know I weighed in last weekend (right after the wedding), and am at 158.7! Yay! I hope to see you all in the 150s very very soon. ^_^
