Thanks FashinJunkie! I'm sure you'll join me soon I'm pretty sure I kept my calories perfectly in check. The tortillas were large (almost as big as the plate!) so I only had 1. I don't know if that was 8 inches or 10 inches - I'd GUESS 10, but I don't know how big an average plastic plate is, LOL

Then I topped the tortilla with 2-3 ounces of grilled chicken and 2-3 ounces of grilled steak. I'm guessing about 5 ounces total - it was slightly larger than a deck of cards, but not quite 2 decks :-) Then I loaded up on probably a full cup of tomatoes, half a cup of romaine lettuce, and at least half a cup of salsa (maybe a full cup!). No cheese, no sour cream, no pico, no guac...nothing "bad"! My guess is that it was 600-700 calories; it could even be lighter. I hesitate to count it as less than 600 without knowing, but that's likely what I'll assume for counts.

Which leaves plenty of room for a great dinner!

Well, the fajitas just made it into the break room. I couldn't help myself - there was tons of lettuce and tomatoes (my favorite food!) left, so I made a huge salad of lettuce, tomatoes, and salsa. It's probably no more than 100 calories, and although I'm not hungry, I don't feel bad about it. It will keep me full for longer, ups my veggies, and makes me happy ;-)

Valentine, where do you work where they keep bringing in such delicious things? I love them, but I haven't had fajitas in ages. I have peppers, and onions, and chicken, and tortillas, but no fajita mix! I'll have to order some next time I do my grocery order.

Congratulations on being down to 160.7, fashin! You'll definitely hit the 150s soon!

I've got a long weekend now, and I'm considering weighing-in tomorrow morning instead of Saturday because I worry that having a full day to just bum around the house before my weigh-in will give me more opportunities to cheat. Plus it's my TOM, so my loss might not be great anyway.

Hehe, Kirjava, I work for ConAgra. It's a food company, so we all love food here ;-) The fajitas were yummy!! Good luck with your weigh-in - I bet you're out of here now, too! I hate my TOM; I'm there now, and I feel super bloated.

Been a few days since I checked in! My scale is actually going down - OMG - maybe I was missing the secret of 3FC all along. Tomorrow is official weigh in, but today it said 161.0! I assume the same or lower tomorrow because I am being good today

Hopefully I can stay in check this weekend. I am pretty much hating this weekend already. Was actually thinking about just running off and hiding, but that wouldn't solve any problems. I have 18ish hours of "family meetings" this weekend. I won't get into all the gory details, but my family is pretty much screwed up and they figure by hiring people and talking about for the ENTIRE weekend will fix it.

I wasn't going to say anything on here, but I figured I might as well give a kind of heads up incase I need to complain about it. haha

On a happy note, I am getting my hair cut and died tonight. It needs it, bad! I have a fridge full of leftovers that I am so sick of eating - but I don't want to through it away! I feel like cooking some meatloaf or something...

sotypical, I'm sorry about whatever it is your family is going through. I hope you can make it through the weekend frustration-free. And 161 is awesome! You're so close!

Ladies, I have finally done it! My weigh-in for this morning brought me down to 159.8! I got discouraged at first because I woke up, went to the bathroom, and weighed in with only a 0.2lb loss, which left me at around 160.2. I thought, "No way am I stuck in these damn 160s one more week!". I went back to bed without eating or drinking anything, got up a half hour later, went to the bathroom again, and I was down another 0.4!

I am just, just in the 150s, but I am there! I got to change my avatar to 50 pounds lost, and I am less than 15 pounds from my goal! According to Wii Fit, once I lose 13.7 pounds, I will be in the normal weight range!

I am so happy and relieved and excited!

I hope everyone else has great weigh-ins this week! I think I'll stick around here one more week to make sure I'm firmly in the 150s before I split.

Hey everybody! it's been a while for me, had some serious life changes going on in the last few weeks...I broke up with my live-in boyfriend and moved into a new place only a week later, thanks to my awesome superintendent, family, and friends.

I drank A LOT for a few days but ive nixed the booze once again, I definitely don't need anything to be slowing my weight loss or affecting my emotions. Not to mention I have about a month left of my college program!

I just got an early acceptance into Registered Nursing! :-D I'm still waiting to hear from McMaster, which is the one I really want. For that, I won't find out until May...yeesh...long time to wait it seems.

As for smoking, I picked it back up :-( I'll try again soon!

Im in the 3rd week of the C25k program, i just got a gym membership, and im starting to feel stronger and more energetic. I love it!

Finally, the weight loss is going well! despite all that drinking, I am now down to 160.0 with a fully belly! lol my true weight for the week. I am super happy about this and am sooo close to getting out of the 160s for good! Yippee!

Glad to see you are all getting so close yourselves! Looks like we'll all be joining the 150s thread at about the same time! Go us!! :-)

Thanks for the congratulations, stargzr and sotypical! I decided to stay on-plan today even though usually after a weigh-in I cheat. I'm going to weigh again tomorrow and hope that I'm more firmly in the 150s (I'm itching to try the next thread!). I also hope that my TOM is making me retain water, and that I'll have a bit of a whoosh in a couple days.

Sorry to hear about your boyfriend, the drinking, and the smoking, Nurse, but it's great that despite all that you're down to 160! Kudos for all the working out you're doing! Also, congratulations on getting into the nursing program, and I'll keep my fingers crossed for you that you get into McMaster!

Still holding steady at about 160.5 so I didn't make my first day of Spring goal but got really close. I'm still holding out hope that I'll see 159 on Monday's official WI so I'm going to be really good this weekend. I hope everyone's having a good weekend so far!

Hi everyone! I know I've been MIA for the last week, but I'm back now. Everything went crazy this week and my eating and exercising went right along with it. I've been feeling so angry that I couldn't get it together and do what I needed to do. Things *should* be calming down now and I'm going to try to get back on track this weekend. I did however get some exciting news that I am for sure going to China for the summer! That was great motivation to lose as much as possible before I go.
Looks like most of you ladies are doing so well! Congrats to everyone getting so close to the 150's. I'm probably a little further from that goal now than I was a week ago, but I'm trying to move forward. Any advice on how to accomplish this would be very much appreciated .
