dizzy- i don't know what to eat for breakfast since i can't do eggs or milk (or fruit, or oatmeal... or any cereal... hahaha southbeach!!!). any suggestions?
of COURSE i like peanut butter! it says only 1 tsp / day though! :P
i bought some really yummy lunch meat today - cracked pepper crusted turkey breast. no sugars, 99% fat free- delicious and fun to snack on. i am goign to experiment with that and some turkey bacon for breakfast. like little bacon roll ups or something.
Haha! I finally made it into the 170's category! To some, this is a bad memory, but, to me, it's an exciting goal! I can't wait to leave the 170's behind...FOREVER! Muhahaha!

I don't know if you have it where you live. But I go to a specialty store that sells basically everything and anything made veggie. AKA tofu galor. And they have "egg white tofu" Basically it's tofu that tastes like egg whites. And I normally scramble that for breakfast. Or grab some nuts.
Good Morning ladies! After two wonderful weeks in Canada, the jury is back with a verdict. 174.2lbs this morning. But, I would like to make it clear that I was also trying to help someone else gain weight. My mother is down to a size zero. I can count her bones and it really scared me. Thus, I cooked all of her favorite foods and baked almost every day. Combine that with Tim Horton's and you have a 6 lb gain. (Granted, some of it will come off quite quickly)
I'm sure you'll be back down there soon, leighish! I'm about your weight, and I'm your height as well. Isn't it exciting to be in the "not overweight" category finally? Well I guess you're technically ONE pound overweight, but I'm sure you'll lose it in no time. =D
dizzy- i came up with a new little breakfast- i made up some turkey bacon and put that in turkey. i used to be vegetarian- i am very low meat right now. so it was surprising to me that i loved that breakfast. i just HAD to eat something for breakfast. i liked it. i will probably do the bacon wrapped in lettuce next time but i didnt' have any ready so ... tomorrow.
