i weighed in at 179 this morning

not really sure whats up but super excited to weigh tomorrow morning and see what the verdict is- water retention? tail end of period? constipated? hahahaha what is wrong!!!

leighish- WOOHOO! How super exciting!

Mandafay- Welcome back to 3FC and I'm so super jealous that you get to go to Vegas! Is this going to be your first time there? Anyways it sounds like you have a good plan laid out. I'm sure you'll be leaving this thread in no time!

Well I have no weight to report today. Yesterday was a total fail and I really didn't even want to step on the scale to see the damage I caused. I'm hoping to at least maintain for the week but we'll see on Monday.

Fat Pants: Thanks! One would think with all that stuff I'd do okay, but finding the motivation to actually USE it is what my main problem is. I'm trying to do something every day, alternating between more strenuous and less.

kswood: Thanks! Yep, it will be my first trip to Vegas (my best friend is turning 30) and I'm sooo excited. Scared about flying and drinking too much, but excited!

I think it is extra motivating for me to be with others with the same goal!

Hang in there, maybe you will be pleasantly surprised on Monday!

I'm not stepping on the scale today...went out drinking last night and I'm afraid of what it might say On a brighter note, we didn't eat any junky bar food AND managed to drink too much to be able to do the drunken Taco Bell run afterwards What is it about drinking that makes you crave junk? Is it just me?

170 This morning. Is it crazy that I'm thinking about getting a little water logged in order to get that 169 tomorrow . I upped my calories overall and began calorie cycling and down it went. Hopefully this keeps working. According to daily plate I'm not even in maintenance, I'm at lose 1 lb a week and little exercise

Well I weighed this morning at 175.8, I am really going to kick it into gear now that I have my other stresses under control. Just need to quit procrastinating, jus thard when I am pretty comfortable where I am at.
