Wow to all those moving to the 160s! Seems like a lot of progress is being made in this thread!

I soon hope to follow. I really want to get out of the 170s. For some reason it seems like I've weighed this amount forever! I do not remember the 180s dragging on this long!

All in good time I guess. I'm totally an advocate of slowly losing weight but I'm just ready to be 160 anything!

Hopefully all this losing weight & moving to the 160s will rub off on me!

Congrats to all you lucky ladies moving in to the 160s!

I just weighed in today and the scale said 176.2!!!

I'm actually proud of myself!

ditto on the congratulations to everyone. I hope to see you in the 160s thread soon!!! maybe just as you are leaving??? Well, everyone is making such good progress. It looks like I may be doing really well.

I didn't weigh yesterday or today--well I went ahead and weighed out of routine today and the scale was a little heavier than yesterday, but I am thinking I will see a good drop in the morning at regular time.

yep ! weight is meant to fluctuate up and down for people that are maintaining. so good luck with your weigh in tommorow

This morning, i was 168 lbs. But I feel that its not real lol, and that i will go back up to 170 lbs again, so I want to make sure its REAL before i feel ready to leave this group and join the 160s. hehe

oh girls. i have been soooo bad the last few days... i don't even want to talk about it! but today is a new day and i'm doing great so far and i plan to have a fantastic ON PLAN week!

Ok, so I pretty much lurk around here but is it alright if I jump in? I think this might be the accountability that I need. I have been stuck in the 170s FOREVER!

Right now I'm down to 176.5 but I'm losing a little bit each day.

hey girls ! you're all doing great!

I think it's time for me to move on from this thread, I am sad to leave you lovely people!

I've been 168lbs for 4 days now, so I am taking the plunge and leaving this thread and joining the 160s thread, hope i'm not tempting fate!! Still nervous that i will shoot back up to 170s, but trying to move forward and think positively.

I wish you girls all the best!!! and I hope to see you all in the 160s thread very soon!!

Good luck everyone!!! Keep going, you're all doing fabulously!
