Hi ladies!! just a quick check in before vacation...hubby and I are going to Cancun tomorrow!
I'm at 176.8 this week! I didn't expect to see that big of a loss but it's such motivation going into vacation (where there will be booze and yummy food) to keep things in check. my goal is to just try to maintain while we're there, but I do plan on exercising every day at the spa/fitness center at our resort.
hey ladies! havent chimed in in a while, sorry im a loser. had my weekly weigh in today...172.5! im so excited. i started this month at 177 and i wanted to be 170 by the time i go to the beach for vacation (next weekend). while i dont think ill be 170 by next saturday, im gonna be darn close and im so proud of myself.
sometimes i think, i only lost 5 pounds this month, i should have lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks. but then i think, hey, i could have continued my poor eating habits and been 189 feeling fat and bloated in my brand new cute bathing suit. and been terribly unhappy everytime i look at a picture of myself on the beach.
so im going to smile wide for every picture next weekend. im just so happy at the progress ive made so far. im trying to use the success as fuel to continue this loss.
so thats my update. hope everyone is doing great. eat those veggies and drink that water!!!
Hi girls! I'm new to 3fc, and am starting at the high end of the range at 179. I don't really have a time goal, other than I'd like to be at a "healthy" weight when I'm done my degree (which is in public health and nutrition... go figure). I'm going to try to do at least 30 minutes of exercise 5 days per week, and eat 1500 calories of good nutritious food with up to 300 cals of not-so-good for me food per day.
<sigh> Tuesday is my "official" weigh in day. Well, I'm up (was down in the 171's). 172.6 right now.
I seem to be holding steady at a rate of 4.8 lbs a month, so I should be out of the 170s by mid-July. It's mentally frustrating that this is going so slowly, but I'm glad that it really is moving.
I'm here! I'm here! Did you forget about me?? haha
Good work ladies keep it up! I'm at 174 as of this morning. Doing the Shred tonight and 5am cycling tomorrow! (I have to say the 5am part so I sound like more of a badass than I really am... hahahaha)

Hello ladies! This is my first time posting on this thread. I weighed in at 179.8 a few days ago and of course I'm already looking forward to seeing 169! My goal for the month of July is 171 so I'll probably be hanging around here for awhile. Ii can't wait to get to know everyone here
I started being strict about my calories this weekend- got onto dailyplate and figured I need about 1740 calories/day-- which seemed high. But I've stuck with it and guess what?? in 2 days I've lost 2 lbs. WOO HOO!! I had gotten up to 177! Now I'm at 175. YAY!
well, back from vacation. after three days of off-plan eating im up 2 pounds. well, not really just 3 days, vacation kinda spilled over into the 4th weekend extravaganza. but im doing the summer BL challenge, and totally ready to start fresh.
gonna shoot for 5 days at the gym this week, and tracking everything on the daily plate. averaging about 5 pound loss each month i WILL be out of the 170s by the end of july.
how is everyone doing considering the holiday weekend?
