thighs: 24" each
30DS was shipped today(ordered it online, and "no more problem areas" too), C25K starts monday (podcast are already in my ipod!)
Had a great eating day and walked one hour
I've been eating right for 22 days now but the exercise hasn't been great so I'm kicking it up!
Now I told you guys i'm doing 30DS and C25K so i have no excuses!!
i can officially join today! weigh in was today *drumroll* 177.5!!!! i was expecting a small loss week, since ive had two weeks good weeks in a row, so ill take it. youre not alone here carcar. and great job kk, let me know how you like 30DS. now that im actually in the 170s im here to join in the support. heres hoping for a future 160 thread.
I'm in! Hopefully not for too long though Thought I was in the 160s, but I bought some new, digital scales and they tell me I'm 173 lbs.

I haven't posted yet, but I've been lurking...well it's time to post. I am 175 and have been for over a month! So aggrivated with these 170's it's not even funny. I'm ready to break down the 170's and go into the 160's
I usually only weigh once a week, or I get obsessive. I had gotten obsessive recently which is why I decided to quit weighing all together- I went almost 2 months without weighing!
Well, having a 2 lb loss felt great yesterday, and I thought, "Hey I wonder, just WONDER what my loss has been since yesterday!" (i'm a glutton for punishment, this weekend we had BBQ and fair food @ the flea market, woopsie) and anyway I weighed myself this morning and I was like 3 lbs heavier than I was yesterday. I'm not freaking out, I know I'm retaining water like a sponge, but I just really wish I would not have weighed myself today.
emma- 30DS is the 30 day shred dvd by jillian michaels from the biggest loser. its a total @ss kicker, and its awesome. C25K is the couch to 5K program where it teaches you how to run a 5k in 9 weeks (ithink its 9 weeks). the w2d2 means week2 day 2 of the 9 week program. just a little lingo for some the popular programs we talk about on 3FC.
Hope you enjoy the boards- I LOVE THIS PLACE!! The 170's group is really great, too, and hopefully soon (very very soon) we will become the 160's group!
I'm not sure if I'm actually in the 170s, yet. I might be at about 181, or 180, but I'm just going to jump on in, because I'm ready to burn through these 170s! Tomorrow will be my first official weigh-in since I was last seriously trying to lose weight - in December. It's been a five month hiatus, I've gained back most of the weight I lost, but, even with horrible, awful eating habits and slothful behavior, I haven't gone any higher than I started. I'll post back tomorrow, and we'll see what the scale says. Today was such a weird day (ate and ate and ate, but then ran 30 minutes straight, a never-before accomplished feat for me) so who knows.
