Level 1 Day 4...Done. I think today felt a teeny tiny bit easier than the past few days have, but I still have the feeling that I will be doing Level 1 for longer than 10 days before moving on to Level 2. I hope everyone's Shredding is going well!
Smurfles I feel like I will be doing level one more than 10 days also. I am very uncoordinated. That is ok though because she says to move on when you are ready.
I do it everyday, mostly because I am afraid that if I take a day off I won't go back to it. However, it has only been 4 days, so who knows if I will be able to keep doing it everyday.
I have taken today and yesterday off. I was on day 4 Tuesday. I wanted to do it today, but I was travelling for most of the day. I'm at my parent's house, and there isn't a open tv for me to do it at. I'm thinking about doing it twice tomorrow. Once as soon as I get up, and once after dinner, just to make up.
I do it every day except lately I keep messing up and then it's 1 am and WAY too late to do it. I hate quitting even for a day cause then it feels like I messed up and then I should just quit. That's the person in me who can't commit to anything talking though. Plus it's just hard as **** now, don't know what happened. It's not supposed to go backwards, level 1 got easier this one isn't. Ugh but anyways level 2 day 6 tonight, for real this time.
I did not do any 30DS today. I decided to wait till tomorrow when I have more time to focus on it. I wanted to really get into it and not rush through it because I have to get ready for work. But I will be on Week 2 Day 1. Very nervous! LOL
So I'm gonna weigh in tomorrow morning and jot that down as my Week 2 starting weight.
I think i'll still do level one today, since Im going to the gym later tonight. I've already decided to move up to level 2 since I did my workout yesterday and when I was done, and I went to take a shower, I didn't feel like it was a good enough workout.
lvl 1 still feels like a helluva workout to me. I just did day 8 today and after day 10 it is on to lvl 2 which sounds scary..yet fun at the same time.
day 4 level one done. I have been doing it every day so far but I am like smurfles I feel like If I miss a day I may not start it back. I can't wait till level one doesn't feel like a good workout that would be nice.
Hi ladies... all of your reviews (& blood, sweat, & tears LOL!) have inspired my to give 30DS a try, so I ordered it today. Should be arriving next week, but until then, I was wondering if someone could tell me what other equipment I'll need? Like, I know I need weights, but is there anything else? And can anyone recommend what size weights I should get? Thanks a bunch!
Im only on level two, but thats about all you'll need is weights and a mat.
Although I place a thick cover on the floor. lol.
And instead of doing lvl 1 I did lvl 2. and MAN! There was one thing I skipped over (the last cardio circuit she did) I just COULD NOT do that. I know i could have, but I could barely breathe. lol.
Im still going to the gym tonight, so I'll kick my butt there. can't wait for tomorrow. if I can move.
