I'm feeling a lot better now. My roommates all know to lock their doors and I went and filed a police report. They're coming over tomorrow to look for prints (although I doubt they'll find anything). But I think I'm gonna be good to jump back on the wagon tomorrow.

I finished Week One!!!! Yeah me!!! I wanted to do it last night when I got home from work but that was at 1130 and I was WAY too tired. So I actually set my alarm 30 min earlier and got up this morning and did it. Now that's dedication! LOL.

So I'm gonna try and do L2 D1 tonight when I get off work depending upon what time that is. If it's too late I'm gonna set my alarm again!

So Week One:

SW: 199
EW: 192

Measurements: Not alot of changes here

Bust: 41 to 40
Chest: 36.5
Waist: 36.5
Hips: 45 to 44
Midway: 43
Thighs: 25
Knees: 17 to 18 (is this one supposed to go up?)
Calves: 15 to 16 (I think this is supposed to go up...building muscle, right?)
Upper Arm: 13
Forearms: 10.5

So overall I think I did good for Week One. Here I come Week 2!

yeah, I was like after I could breathe, what the heck was I thinking? My bf told me the truth by saying I was stupid for trying that. Tough love.

nicki rose98- Congrats on beating level one. Now I wish you the best of luck with level two!!

SavingServo- Im glad to hear that you are ok! Maybe working out will help with some of the stress or whatever you may be feeling.

smurfles- I don't ever think it gets better. lol. Honestly. I think it gets easier to do after a while until you move up a level. But I don't think it ever feels good. It still kicks my *** and I've been doing it for some time.

Tabby- YAY for feeling the burn! lmao. usually when I get done later in the day I'll d my wii fit.

I just keep telling myself that Im not going to get the body i want being a couch potato.

Ugh I know, I am on level 2 day 6 tonight. Last night I almost passed out and it kind of feels like my body is falling behind now. I think I need to cut out my side exercises to preserve my energy or something...

I think I need to move up a level. . . Im just a pansy and don't want to do it.

But I know I have to Because Im an impatient person who wants to see results. The only part Im having trouble with is the push ups. Im still doing the girly one (and I think I might be doing them wrong) and it still hurts.

Okay, so I did day one of Level 2 last night. Let's say I have a love/hate relationship with this DVD!! I want to work hard and like the challenge, but it is HARD!! Looking forward to it getting a little better. At least I made it through the whole thing.

The only thing is, I felt a pain in my knee when I did the lunges so I stopped. Has that happened to anyone? Maybe I'm doing them wrong. I should probably slow down and get my form correct instead of trying to keep up with them on my first day of doing that level.

I know I have trouble breathing doing the cardio part usually in the beginning so I stop for that and when she gets back into strength I usually start it up again. I find it easier to do it all at once once I've been at it for a while.

But I haven't had anything like the knee situation happen to me before. Sorry Im not better help.

Okay, Okay I have just sat here at work and read this entire thread...I am convinced. So I went to walmart at lunch and tried to buy it. No luck. We don't have a super walmart and ours doesn't carry it. Neither does blockbuster so I can't even rent it. So I ordered it online. I can't wait until it gets here so I can get started....I'm a little scared but very excited!

First of all I just want to say thank you to everyone for the support. The police came over this morning and took stuff for evidence, AND I got right back on the bandwagon and finished day 8 of level 2!

Has anyone else been getting killer foot cramps during level 2? Right at the start of the second circuit I always get them when I'm holding the lunge. It really sucks, because I end up having to pop out just to give my feet a break!

OMG... Maybe I should've chosen another day to start the shred BEFORE I went and worked out... or on a day that I dont do weights...

UTTER ****... I stopped a kajillion times, BUT i made it all the way through. Hopefully day 2 will be better, and I wont feel nauseous afterwards... Please tell me it gets better....

I am doing gym workout and JM circuit training from her site. I think it is a matter of endurance like cardio, you build it up in time if you stick to it.
