Haven't answered for awhile. Yeeeees, those chair squats are my "favorite" too lol.
I was taking a break from JM, at least at home, but at the gym I apply many of her movements. For now I am maintaining around 132
and trying to stay there after a trip home for the holidays and 3 weeks of food orgy. I am in an "argument" with cardio now, nice huh? A good
needed.
