Cake Did you really :fryingpan: your boyfriend? Because I would've if that was mine. jk jk What a busy day you had! But congrats for winning! You are da bomb!

Nish I'm not a big Vodka person, but may I join you with 'Rum and Late Night' diet?

corazonas "YOU'VE MET YOUR GOAL!" I bet that's AWESOME feeling!

Bliss What about a nice outfit? And is it possible for you to talk to someone like a manager about that? That's just not right!

Cake & BL I enjoy it especially more when I get the look from someone buying all fried food stuff, chips, and so on...or moms who are buying smily fries, kids tv dinner, and pop... I actually once saw a mom whose cart was filled with nothing but Kids' TV dinner and fries. I kid you not!

Bl let us know how the dinner went!

HWGA We miss you and don't forget our BB!

Heather That's AWESOME and nice of the doctor!!!

Remember I hate it when I crave between salty and sweet back and forth! Grrrr

Leighish i LOOOOOVE your new pic! Look at your arm, girl!!! You look sooo skinny...and shy... and cute. ;-)

TaylorI was gonna let the girls know that you miss us but looks like you beat me to it! Congrats on the 3 inch!!! yay!!!

So... my day...hmmm.. nothing special I can think of. lol
I ran for about 45 minutes... I still have no clue how many miles I'm doing. I am hoping the watch I got will be here today or tomorrow...so I can tell. I then did some Taebo.. I would've done the full 20 minute of the Ignition DVD but i'm getting bored with it because about 10 minute of it is more of instruction. So I skipped and did the actual work out which was only 10 minutes but when I was done, I was sweating and whew..

So I'm taking my bf to movie.."He's not that into you." Actually I'm "dragging" him.. lol...He does NOT like watching chick flicks at theater...but he knows I want to go see this one pretty bad and also knows I don't have anyone to go with. So I'm quite excited about Saturday... And it'll be only $4 per person because of the special going on for shows before noon.

I found my fav wrap, btw. Flatout wrap, chicken sausage, lots of veggies, and salsa. Done. It's soooo good...and filling too.. I can barely finish it all and it's not even 300 calories!

I got my bloodwork result. Nothing wrong with my thyroid. So I better blame myself...and... myself...for being stuck in the 170's...

Hey everyone!

Tara -- DO IT! So long as you stick to something higher than 60 proof it won't have much sugar left in it. My personal rum fave is a double shot of 151 with a key lime. Makes all the boys look like Matt Damon.

Brie -- LMFAO!!!!!!!!!!!! You can do better than Pink Slip, those mangy, transient ho's are BEAT. My BFF decided she's a classy lady so she works at PT's now. At that elegant establishment they do hot tub dances. Whatever the f*** that is. As for slimming out, yeah I did have to go about it a whole different way. I know you're on a high protein diet, and I don't eat most meat regularly, which isn't a bad thing for me. I've got a naturally low thyroid and a slow metabolism so a high-protein diet doesn't sit well with me. I can't tap that energy readily so I end up sick and exhausted. My protein comes from soy, flaxseed, coconut oil, fish, and I drink 3 glasses of milk every day. I eat a high-carb, low fat diet with lot's of organic and raw stuff instead of cooked. Nothing processed or refined. I only mention this because the amount of protein you eat can affect how your muscles will deteriorate. Being women of color, we're naturally bigger and more muscular anyway. Just note that your body will only slim out to a certain point and you may already be there. You can elongate the muscles though by doing ballet and yoga stretches regularly. To slim out, I did strictly cardio and tension exercises. No weights, no machines. Just smack on a hoodie at 5a.m., grab my pepper spray and run for 90 minutes. No jogging, stretch it out. Run like somebody is chasing you or you will get shin splints. Distance and speed aren't really important so long as your heart rate is up and you don't stop for the full 90 minutes. Then for the last ten, sprint two minutes, jog for two minutes, sprint for three minutes, jog for two minutes, and walk briskly the last minute to cool down. Then 50 sit ups, and 50 push ups, then stretch it out for 30 minutes to finish. That's pretty much what I did and do everyday and I ride my bike everywhere that's within 10 miles.

Ashlan -- I didn't get a call from Sheriff John Brown, BF must be okay. LoL.

Becky -- That's awesome he took you and baby boy out to dinner. Is he cute? Use your facebook skills again.

Heather -- LoL. Girl, if my uterus was giving me that much grief I would give it an eviction notice and have the police escort it out. But I really do hope you feel better, or they can at least get control over it. It kills me that they have pills for limp men that are so advanced they can *choose* when they want to get a stiffy and it will work, but they haven't figured out any treatments for easing longtime pain and suffering of women. We're supposed to 'deal with it', but god forbid some 80 year old man is chronically flaccid.

Cora -- That's awesome!

Bliss -- You are much nicer than me, I would have made sure somebody got fired for that crap. You need to talk to a manager and file a formal complaint abotu her, and the guy who is never there. That's their freakin' job.

Okay I did not get to work out yesterday but wait till you hear why!!! I was on my way to WW when my sister and WW buddy call me at the same time to say my mon has tripped and feel and the ambulance is there. I am WTF??? So I get there and the first I see is my mon on the ground (she's a 331lb 56 yr old) and blood effin everywhere!!! I say "JEsus did she get shot or fall!!!" It looked like half her arm was missing it was soooo much blood. Anyways she tripped on a crack in the sidewalk and and fell face forward. We get her in the ambulance because she is diabetic and she lost a lot of blood she's gotta get checked out. I go weigh before I meet her and my sister at the hospital because they let me go first. I lost the 2.6 officially BTW and I am officially out of the the 190's woot woot. Anyways I get to the hospital 5-10 min later and she isn't there yet. After waiting 3 hours in the ER w/ her they do a catscan to find she has broken her nose, bruised her ribs and fractured her effin wrist...oh, oh, oh and her face is BLAKC AND BLUE!!! Anyway I am gonna check on her this morning and she how shes doing./....what a day

Nsih Girl I know you were talking to Brie but you may as well have been talking to me! I am on 5'2" but I haev a musculur build (since I got a little color too....not much but a little...lol) I can only run for 30 minutes but I will work on it. Oooo oooo ooo and I am buying a bike. HA oh and his dumb azz is alive...lol

Tara Good news on your thyroids. Wow you run for a long time. I wish I could 45 min. Can't seem to get past 30. But I will take my time so I won't wanna quit...i guess.

Brie I hope you get good answers for why your periods missing. Its like you hate them but if they dissappear you're like WTF??? Oh and it seems like we have some things in common...the BF thing. No choice and then you are force to kill them!

RHTS the infamous sweet and salty...i used have that craving when I was involved in extra-curricular activities...hahaha

Bliss You're aawfully calm about things....does that take practice??? lol

Heather Great freakn news. I hope it all goes well and I know you will keep us posted!

Cake: My goodness that is quite a day there. Congratulations on getting out of the 190's! I hope you mom gets better really soon

Taylor: Yay, Good luck with the rest of your showings cant wait for you to be back.

Target: I love the cheapie movies, and yes you are more than entitled to drag him to a chick flick. Everytime my bf and I go to the movies we 98% of the time watch a movie that he wants to see. Think like Wanted, other blow em up movies. So I put my foot down occasionally and we go see Wall-E or something LOL. I think I have a movie taste of an 8 year old sometimes.

Jeweled: I would be freeeeeeaaaakkkkking out if I didn't have a period for 3 months. Oh and man friends are the best.

RHTS: I took a daytime cat nap yesterday, and it was good. I hear you about the food. I totally took advantage of my weekly flex points last night and ate like 5 pieces of pizza after I had 2 ww frozen dinners that were OP last night at bible study.

So today is the last day at my part time job because I start my fabulous amazing full time job on monday. I am so stinkin' excited I get my acrylics back on tomorrow and I am going to do a marathon shop all day for clothes. EEEE and its going to be like 75 this weekend! On sadder notes though my dad has to have knee surgery tuesday because he tore a ton of ligaments in it a few weeks ago while going up some stairs at work. He doesnt have an estimated return to work date yet. I want him to go back to work so bad so he will get out of my hair its just that bad. Luckily I go to work next week so that will be some relief.

Morning ladies! Damn I have a lot of catching up to do, so SoRRY My post is going to be long (and probably outdated), I'm going to have to get in here every 2 hours and get with you all! hahaha, it's FRIDAY Fun Day!!!! I went 48 hours without drinking, which is amazing because I usually drink 1.5 bottles of wine a night, and really only drink wine because it has the least amount of calories!! But i did drink last night again, and it was super fun, we all played cornhole(i know its a sick name, but its a fun game...google it) and I made my fish for everyone, and it was fabulous! I weighed in this morning and it said 149.6!!! SAAAAWheat!! That's only 1 lb, but it's all good, I expected 152 again. I kicked major butt in the gym the past two days, so I'm happy to see that, hopefully i get the 6lbs out by the end of the month. Anyway, HAPPY FRIDAY...

Casey: Welcome…hitting a plateau stinks…Weekends are tough, I’ve started eating exactly the way I do at work on the weekends so i feel in control…DAILY, how brilliant is that, it’s totally mind boggling to come in here and see all the replies since you last posted! I take notes :”>

Bliss:
YAY – you found your IPOD, freaking sweet, I thought it was cool you still worked out without it! Get Er DONE! How crazy is it that your trainer is rescheduling on YOU, that’s insane it’s normally the other way around. And the stupid dumb chick on the phone infuriates me, I know you had to sign a contract, but there has to be a clause in there that says something about them not holding up their side of the baragin… Beat her down girl you are doing good going to the gym, seriously!!!

Nish:
I’m a super big lush! Lacrosse has to be a great work out, I miss playing sports, I live on the outskirts of town and I’d have to drive 30 miles just to get on a team. Guiness is a meal in a glass definitely…I like it but it takes me 30-40 min to drink one glass then I have to switch to something else, although Irish car bombs are fantastic, and I learned that if you put a shot in your glass before you drink it, it’s like one huge long standing irish car bomb

Bjeweled: Good boys are few and far between, I’m so happy you found someone that isn’t lying to you! Hope it all works out for you! Good luck with your 10page English paper those stink so bad! I did mine on creatine, and BS’d the WHOLE thing…hahaha, I hate English.

Cake: Hope everything is ok with you mom, You are having crazy crazy days!!! Boys are such babies, but it is freaking hysterical you called him your future X funny funny, you always make me laugh out loud…HELLO, I’m doing my get a new boyfriend work out BACK THE F UP! Dude how is your friend handling the news…that’s crazy, how do you wake up one day and have that type of disease? BUT the grocery store experience is GRRRR8! I do that at work too, cause I eat like a can of greenbeans for breakfast or something and people are making their bacon in the microwave, and they’re like Greenbeans for breakfast???? YES Dang it, and a flat tummy for dessert..what?!

Bee: That’s crazy, kids are weird, thank goodness I have NONE!! Who drinks sanitizer…what fer? Angel cake with fruit..YUM

Skinny:
I think I’ve been riding in the wake of my energy boost all year, I’m hoping I don’t break my ankle or anything!

Beaka How’d you do at Chilli’s, I LOVE Chilli’s but I always eat their bottomless chips and salsa, cause it just a HUGE weekness, but dang, I didn’t know the pita was so low in cals…awesome blossom!

Nikki – seriously why can’t your mom watch the kid, I Mean she’s only a toy right? DUH idiots, I don’t have kids either but helllllllllo!

Corazonas – CONGRATS getting to goal, I saw your goal post in that thread and I love how you put it, “I Win” to the scale, its great. How long did it take you? I started a lil heavier, but i'm working towards 130 also, How realistic am i being getting there by July?

Heather: Awesome news, free that is outstanding!!!!! Good luck!

Target: That wrap sounds yummie! I hope you get your watch, I can’t wait til I can run straight for 45 min!

HWGA- Its so crazy that we have to eat MORE to lose, science is super weird… Even though you aren't posting, I hope you are getting a laugh from everyone here!

Well ladies! So me and my son went over to his house for dinner. He has 3 little girls(2 of them were there) so the kids all played together. It was a GREAT night....unfortunately I think I REALLY REALLY like him which I wasn't expecting to find someone to possibly be in a relationship with. So we shall see....I'll keep you up to date.

And I should be hearing back from the apartment complex today. I had to go in this morning and sign anotherpaper.

Ohyeah and I was down to 179.6 this morning!!

Really no time for personal right now...but real quick...
CAKE, hope your mom feels better soon!

We are in the 60's today! Can't believe it!!! YAY!!!
When my DD wakes up, I'm going to take her out so she can ride her scooter.

I measured myself today and no inch loss since Feb. 2. WTH. I weighed myself and at least I haven't gained since Monday so that's better than going up, I guess... since I've been seeing ups and downs so much ever since I started again in Jan. So me being down, I asked my bf if he has been able to tell the difference. He told me "your body is a lot...tighter?? if that's the right word. your butt is a lot tighter." Yay.. that's one good thing, I guess. haha...

Gonna go check mail... crossing fingers my watch is there so I can run!!!
