macky - Since your mom is healthy, maybe she can come with you to the gym as a guest.

I woke up this morning in some serious pain, but it wasn't JUST sore muscles from all the exercises i did yesterday . . . I believe I have the beginnings of the flu . . . :[. My stomach is all jacked up right now and I took a six hour nap today. I don't think I will have the energy to exercise today, but I hope I feel better tomorrrow.

I feel your pain Heather! I am still sick as well. Took many naps monday and tuesday this week and none of them seemed to help. Im still feeling pretty wiped out, but getting back on track. Managed to push through the Shred yesterday, and will do it again tomorrow. You're body will appreciate the rest i'm sure!

I ate pizza but it's within my daily/weekly points.

Ha ha, page 4, we are on 7 ... they got nothing on us lol. Too funny :) I had a weigh in today and i was down from 289.4 to 286.8 cross my fingers but its looking good for the first official weeks weigh in~!!

Congratulations, Kirsten! That's awesome!!

Arrrrgh, I am so frustrated. I had been completely within my calorie range Sunday-Thursday and running every single day and my scale was still not moving. Well, yesterday was my last day of class for a week before Spring Break so a bunch of us went out for lunch/drinks when we got done with class. I ordered a salad and asked for dressing on the side; it came drenched in dressing. So I picked at it....and washed it down with two beers.

I got home and looked up the nutrition facts for the salad--900 calories!!! Granted, that's for the dinner size and I asked for the smaller lunch size but still, I feel disgusted. I was definitely over 1500 yesterday but I did have a good breakfast and a small dinner so hopefully there was not too much harm done. I will be back within my range today and probably run a little extra for damage control. I'm not sure how my weigh-in will go this week but I don't want to let you ladies down.

I weighed myself this morning and I am the same as I was last week.. but it isn't my official. I hope it moves down a little, but I wouldn't be surprised to see if it stays at 169.4 or goes up a little lol

I still feel like crap today and I took ANOTHER nap. I feel pretty energized right now so I'm going to take advantage of this boost to do laundry clean and then do some cardio.

It's our last minute workout before weigh-in! It's been TOTM over here so I'm not going to have a significant weightloss . . .but next week I will probably lose a lot because the week after totm are the weeks I lose ALOT of weight.

Oh.My.God.

I know weigh ins don't start til tomorrow. but my compulsiveness took over this morning and I hopped on the scale. I'm down three pounds from last week, AND it's my FIRST 10 POUNDS!!!!! :carrot::D

I'm so happy, I think I told a million people today too and now I feel ******ed but whatever, I'm so happy. 30 more to go!!! and 4 months to do it in!!

On another note, I've been running 10km races lately, but not training up enough for them so I've been finding them extremely hard and haven't been finishing in good time, sooo I think I'm going to revert back to doing 5km races for a while until I feel like I've improved. Also, I was thinking this morning that I would try a tri. (mini triathlon), the only thing is, I don't really have anywhere to train for the swimming. So I'm going to do a Duathlon instead. It's going to be my goal workout. It's 2.2 km of running, followed by 26km bike ride then a 5km run. I think I'm really going to enjoy it, and hopefully be about 30 pounds lighter when I do it since it's at the end of my 5 months in June. I'm going to start training tomorrow at the gym.

i hope everyone is doing well. i dont know whether to weigh in tomorrow or tuesday. i always weigh in on tuesdays for my own official thing- its this thing i have about not starting diets on mondays so i do tuesdays instead haha but... i did do my first weigh in on sunday, so... conundrum

I used to always weigh in on Sundays. Tomorrow I will do my WW weigh on Sunday but only use my personal scale for the BL challenge because the WW scale weighs me higher.

Next weekend, I'm going to my grandparents golden anniversary. My mom said that I can bring whatever I want to stay on plan.

I'm thinking, finger food wise:
Croque Monsieur Egg Rolls -serves 8
wonton chips -like 5 people
Chili party dip- serves 10
Power sticks -serves 6 (made from pb and would be a good breakfast, too)
Spinach triangles -serves 12 (I'm thinking 2 batches). I might mix it with Kale though.
And some roasted cauliflower. YUM-O

I figure there will be plenty of other food. I won't make a lot of extra food and no one will even look at my food. ALL FOR ME. Although the power sticks ask for corn flakes. I wonder if I can use all bran flakes. I like fiber.

Does this sound do-able?
