Whew.

I'm back, too. I had an extremely off-plan week. I can't even go into everything that I ate (and DRANK), and I haven't had the heart to step on the scale. Today, I'm back on track and will check tomorrow, so CROSS YOUR FINGERS that I didn't do too much damage.

But, holy mole, team Apple is on FIRE! Woooooohooooooo... keep it up girls!

I've had an off plan weekend but I truly tried. I just couldn't help having some of my old comfort foods. But I SAID NO TO THE CAKE!

Alright ladies done with a crazy shoot that lasted 3 days covering an Alfred Angelo event at my favorite bridal shoppe. Lunch was catered and so not OP. Husband baked these amazing desserts, OMG worth the cheating for sure. Back OP today though. Need to get a run in tonight. Haven't weighed in yet but will do that tonight and post!

Some of the girls were discussing on the newsletter thread that we should report the weight lost by percentage, not pounds. I don't know what they will decide but I decided to figure out our percentage lost the first week. Altogether, our team's starting weight was 2478.9. We lost 33 pounds or 1.33% the first week! We ROCK!

hrm.. I gained a pound!!! Hopefully I do better next weigh-in.. I am going out of town, but I will try to keep my portions in tact and not binge!

Also, after this week. I am going to give up alcohol for a bit. It is really throwing me off!

I had to take my car to the shop yesterday. It sounded like my wheel bearing was going to go. Sure enough, that was what it was.. What I didnt expect is that it would cost me 1k to fix... I am so upset!!

My mom said she would cancel her trip to come visit me for easter and give me the money she was going to spend on her flight! That makes me even more upset because I need the money but I really want to see my mom!! What is worse, is that I don't actually have the money, I have to put it on my Credit Card (which I wanted to avoid) but now I feel like I am going to have to tell my mom that I really do need the money =(

I am so upset! :(

god you guys i am so sorry!

i my wireless has been all wonky and i didnt know if i'd have a chance on tuesday so i weighed myself on sunday- i only lost .8 pounds. i could cry. i had a terrible week andthis one doesnt seem much better

work just sucks- but i'm trying to turn that around today. i havent had a chance to look at everyone's replies. i really feel like i let the team down. i'm so so sorry!

i'll check in later if i can and read through everyone else's week. again- you guys have no idea how terrible i feel

Alana, I'm sorry to hear about your car and that you have to make such a tough decision. Good luck!

Cass, you had an AMAZING loss last week so you can't feel too discouraged this week. Your body is probably just catching up. That is still a loss of 9.6 pounds in 2 weeks!!! It's taken me a month to lose 10 pounds so you have absolutely nothing to be ashamed of! I hope your week starts improving!

It's quiet around here lately; how's everyone doing?!

I was thinking the same thing. Hopefully everyone is doing well :). I'm just vegging out watching American Idol and waiting to exercise.

I haven't checked back with you guys in a while . . . still chugging along. I met my st patties day goal, and my next goal is to lose 7.4lbs in the next 14 days which will put me at 250lbs . . . . The weight I was at in MS.

Omg I'm so sorry guys. These past two weeks have been a nightmare and I haven't been able to log in. A friend of mine was thrown out of his home on false charges. So I've been helping them get back on their feet. Now it's time to get back on mine.

So I'm here, I weighed in, and I'm raring to go!

I really hope I'm not to late!! T_T

Hi everybody. Sorry my weigh in was late.

I feel terrible about this week too. I didn't work out and my eating could have been better. The only positive thing that came back from this week was my drivers licence. I haven't had it for like.. a year and six months, and I still can't drive, but just one more year and I can drive again. (Alana I'm so sorry about your car -- I feel your pain) I miss driving sooooo much.

I'm sick AGAIN for the third time this year.. that's like.. once a month, and seriously, I don't get sick. Only like.. once every two years. Anyways, so I feel like garbage but dad and I said that since we were away on Monday and Tuesday was st pattys (I only had 3 beer) that we would go to the gym wednesday, thursday friday and then sunday (I work saturday). I don't mind, I just wish I was feeling a helluva lot better than I am right now. I don't think it's the flu, I'm not nauseated just stuffed up and congested and my ear is plugged and my throat hurts. I'm taking ColdFX but it hasn't kicked in yet.

On top of that, it's my March Break right now, and I'm doing a night school course and I have this huge assignment to do. Anybody really smart with chemistry??????????????

Good job everybody this week who did better than me lol.

Hi everyone,

Sorry to those who have major things they're dealing with now. That's never fun. :hug:

As for me, my weigh-in was surprisingly well in that I didn't gain anything from my 4-day binge last week (stayed stagnant on Wednesday's number - I weigh myself most days of the week).

My current dilemma is this: I'm applying for grad school for this year in Molecular and Developmental Biology. Most schools have already sent out their interview requests, acceptances and rejections because the deadline for decisions is April 15. I already made my decision and notified the school of my choice (one of my top choices! yay!). On Monday, another one of my top choice schools called me and asked if I'd like to interview with them next week. Ack! I will take the free trip to Florida, but what if I really like the program? This is going to be my LIFE for the next 5-6 years and I need to make the right decision, but at the same time, the science community is so small I don't want to be blackballed by rescinding my decision from school #1. Argh.

Other than that, I'm nursing my hangover from St. Patty's night of bad decisions.:barf:
