Ok so saturday I didn't work out but I did go out that night and drink WAY WAY WAY too much. Luckily i stayed in town with a friend But I was blackout drunk, ridiculous....never doing that AGAIN. And I also hit on this guy that I work with a lot and now I am going to call and apologize!! Anyways so sunday I did good except all I could eat were crackers half the day from drinking too much. Plus I had to work a double! Well lets just say I made it out of the weekend alive. Lets hope that Wednesday I am down a couple of pounds
i weighed in today because of the 5# challenge on the chicks up for a challenge forum and i have lost 2.5 pounds since thursday! my official weigh in and measurements will be thursday but i am so proud of myself and have more motivation to keep going
Okay so my official weigh in isn't until wednesday but after I moved I had gained back all the weight that I lost before. So I have been here for like a month now and lost 10 almost 11 pounds as of today...but I am not changing my ticker until wednesday when it is official!! Just gave me a boost of confidence when I saw the scale this morning. HOpefully that means I will be into onederland by january 1st!
So I am sitting here. Staring at my ticker. I need to lost 9 lbs by Christmas to meet my goal. Wanna know the funny thing? My original goal was 230 by Christmas. lol WHAT WAS I THINKING?
I am a really slow loser. I hope that I can reach 249. I really want to be able to say on Christmas morning, "I do not weigh 250 lbs anymore."
Can someone send me some good vibes and speedy metabolism?
Hey heather, just don't give up. You'll get there eventually. Think good thoughts=)
This has been my first week of dieting again. I lost 6 pounds so far.. but I'm sure its just water weight. How long do you think it takes before you start losing ACTUAL weight?
I'm in for the challenge too! So far today I have eaten as I should and gotten all of my water. As for the exercise today is my day off. I'm not ceating though I promise! I work out like crazy Tuesday through Sunday (I really enjoy working out) and take Mondays off because I'm always tired after work Monday. I would also LOVE to lose three pounds this week and be 167 !
hey everyone..is it too late for me to join in?? I'm Angela..26 from Newfoundland, Canada..
My goal is to FINALLY stop yo-yoing between 142-144 and FINALLY get to my goal of 140...I've come to think that 142.5 was the absolute lowest I can get. However this morning my scale did read exactly 142.........down .5 from Friday..How i don't know considering I ate Mcd's (grilled southwest chicken and fries) and went out drinking on Saturday night...Anyways the body is a mysterious thing!
I know that 2-3 lbs isn't a lot to lose considering how much I've lost but I just want to FINALLY reach my 'ultimate goal'. My original goal was 150 and then i set an "ultimate goal".
Wish me luck chickies! I know that if i reach my goal before Xmas I'll work even harder to maintain it over the holidays and not go crazy w/ food and snacks!
hi all! i'm lindsey, 22, from wisconsin. i'm a student majoring in wildlife ecology, and have a passion for working with wildlife in a rehabilitation setting.
this week is finals week, and alas, i cannot put exercise before my grades, but will join in on next weeks challenge for sure. i have to put my nose to the grind and put all of my effort into acing my tests this week. i had a real bought with depression last year (which caused a large percentage of my weight gain) and tanked my GPA, so that is a real priority for me, along with weight loss.
i started my weight loss journey over the summer and managed to lose 20 lbs. since then i gained 4 and lost them again, but i'm stuck! i'm really trying to get down to 170, but 160 or 150 eventually - hopefully!
I was just going through all my old posts on this site. It's so crazy. I originally joined in 2006, I weighed 240, then I lost 20 pounds. Then I stopped posting. Then, I rejoined in 2007, weighing 241 pounds. Then, I lost 25 pounds. Then, again I stopped posting on the site. Now, 2008, I am on here again, originally weighing 238lbs to start.
This site has really helped me and I'm proof of that. I'm so sick of yo-yo dieting. Please keep me motivated once I hit the twenty pound mark... that seems to be where I've lost it in the past.
