i had success a couple years ago with WW, but haven't gone back to the meetings since then. i also had never exercised in my life until i met my boyfriend last june, and he loves to run, so i started running with him (i've gotten pretty good!). i also tried jillian's 30 day shred last week, IT WAS CHALLENGING! i look forward to keeping up with everyone's progress
