looks like im going to be around a whole kilo up! I just dont know where i went wrong this week could my one binge have caused that much of a gain?? Surely not...

i know, i know. Im having a "woe is me day" its pretty pathetic...but i made an exercise plan- no days off, yoga instead! So im still doing something good for me, but not wearing myself out mentally or physically. I think i need to get a healthier mind set too Went out for lunch to daikoku (do you guys have daikoku??) and a movie, which was nice ^_^ I think i am still on plan

Hows everyone else?

Where's my beautiful Green Team at?? Me & Ghost are holding down the fort! Are you all ready to weigh in tomorrow morning?

Don't forget that I need you to post your weights in the morning so that I can turn the numbers into Jess. She has a lot of teams to get through so I want to make her job as easy as possible. I'm excited to see our progress this week. So glad we're all on this team together.

no prob ^_^ i was tempted to weigh in again tomorrow and see if anything has changed downwards, but i cant keep weighing in like that at some point i just have to build a bridge and get over it

Pretty good & lazy. My husband & his brother are at a birthday party, so I have been laying around reading & even took a nap. Not too bad! Gonna make some yummy meatloaf in a bit for dinner which I love & is low cal.

Mmmm lazy sundays and naps are sooo good. My days not too bad, its my dad's birthday but ive managed to have some nice stuff without blowing my day completely. Now im just procrastinating cleaning the bathrooms by watching Dr Phil and after cleaning i will will will go to the gym

Good morning, girls!

I'm sure some of you girls will beat me to the site in the morning, so I'm sending the official weigh in post out right now. If you could all post your current weight & the loss/gain in the morning, that would be great! I'll post in the morning what my cw is & then I'll give you a rundown of what our team's numbers look like so you have an idea.

Good morning GREEN TEAM! Sorry to be so MIA this weekend. I was traveling, which unfortunately, was not great for the weight loss. I had been done 2.5 lb on Friday, but food and wine got to me this weekend, so I'm only down 1.5 this morning! Sorry ladies. I'll try to keep on track better this week.

Hey, so I had a pretty good weekend! Sorry I wasn't able to add anything, didn't have a computer I could access. I'll add a little bit more later.
