i know, i know. Im having a "woe is me day"

its pretty pathetic...but i made an exercise plan- no days off, yoga instead! So im still doing something good for me, but not wearing myself out mentally or physically. I think i need to get a healthier mind set too

Went out for lunch to daikoku (do you guys have daikoku??) and a movie, which was nice ^_^ I think i am still on plan
