90kg on the dot!!! Which according to my trusty converter is 198.4! I'm back in the 100s!! eep!

I was trying to be optimistic but still, my two faux Thanksgiving dinners this week had me a bit worried. but yay! This is just the encouragement I needed.

Sorry for the blatant abuse of exclamation marks

I can't remember which numbers you need, so here is a random assortment..
SW: 202
Last Week: 200.5
CW: 198.4!
Loss: 2.1lb
GW: 165

My new years goal was to below 190, so here is hoping!

Do we want to try some kind of challenge this week? Perhaps something easy, like getting our water in or something..Good luck everyone!

Chance0421~ Sorry I’ve been MIA, weekends, can’t get to a comp… Was curious about how I should post my weight. Should I post my SW from when the challenge began or as of last week? I’m pretty sure it’s from when the challenge began since you add up all the numbers… just answered my own question

I got my butt out of bed this morning and did a 20 minute Turbo Jam workout!!! Maybe someday I'll remember when I'm struggling in the AM to get up that I feel awesome after my workouts... maybe someday... My goal is to get up tomorrow as well, but I don't want to burn myself out too quick, so I'll see how resistant I am in the AM.

This is the first week since July that I've weighed in with a gain. GAH!

There was SOOO much food when I went back to my parents house and it was hard to resist. Just gotta learn from it and move on, I guess!

Thanks to those of you who have already gotten your numbers in!! Sounds like it wasn't too bad even with Thanksgiving.

quidd: Don't worry! Everyone has weeks like that. Sometimes you're up & sometimes you're down. It just goes with the roller coaster of weight loss. Just keep at it & you'll be back down next week!

quiddkidd06~ No biggie... did you see how much I gained last week??? I bet you'll drop that weight next week easily...

So I had an insane amount of extra points last night that I didn't use, and I wasn't hungry at all. I had soup for lunch and then the BFs Mom made soup for dinner last night so I think that was the key.
Work tonight, which means lots of restraining food wise! Especially since they are having my favorite BBQ pork tonight as the special... mmmmmmm...
I could not drag my butt out of bed this morning. I couldn't fall asleep last night and finally drifted off at 1:30ish, so 6 really wasn't working for me. Then I overslept and didn't roll out of bed until 7:10, only giving myself 20 minutes to get ready and leave for work.
Been an entertaining day already...

Well no problem with points yesterday as TOM decided to plague me all night. I barely ate anything because I felt like crap. Seriously, if TOM makes me gain weight I will be PISSED especially since I haven't been eating much over the last couple days because of TOM making me feel icky.

I did get my butt out of bed this morning to do Turbo Jam, but mainly just because I couldn’t fall back asleep. This seems to be becoming a fairly regular issue which is actually working in my favor for working out. Hopefully it happens again Friday so I can do the 20 minute Jam again. I think it might be getting too easy, so I may switch to a longer Turbo Jam workout next week, like one of the cardio workouts… who knows…

I have been eating oatmeal for the last couple mornings and am starting to be okay with it. The texture used to make me gag, but I’m starting to get used to it and really do like the taste of a couple of them.

Big weigh in tonight… wish me luck!!!

good morning! i finally got a new battery for my scale so weighed in out of curiosity- down about half a kilo! now im really gutted that i missed weigh in day
