Chance0421~ I'm lucky because my mom is doing WW with me, but my BFs family is impossible. Last night they bombarded me with cake because three of us have birthdays this week. I ended up having a small piece of strawberry cake and told them all that I'm holding out for my bday this weekend.

So apparently my DR. had a big fight with the insurance company yesterday afternoon, and he actually won! So my MRI is scheduled for XMAS Eve. I'm claustrophobic so I'll be taking some really nice happy pills ahead of time...
I finally got some sleep last night, roughly 7 hours, and was not about to get out of bed early this morning. If I can get to bed around 10 tonight I plan on getting up tomorrow AM, but I don't want to get sick again (although I haven't really gotten rid of it, apparently I still have fluid in my left lung and have been running a fever for 2 weeks, low grade, but still elevated), so I need to make sure I catch up on my sleep.

Ramble, ramble... where is everyone???

I'm a dork

Where it says "EXAMPLE" is where I'm putting my screen name. I was thinking about putting everyone's screen names on the back (smaller and listed) but I won't if you guys don't want me to...

Chance: I noticed that you are on 30DS Level 2. ME TOO!

OMG. The chair squats and V-raises KILL me EVERY SINGLE TIME. I think they are the hardest things ever. That, and the squat thrusts and plank jacks. But mostly the V-raises. I can hardly even do the "Anita" of the sits and V-raises. lol.

Have you been seeing a lot of changes?

omg omg omg u guys i weighed myself today, which i know i shouldnt because its always higher than it is on my real weigh day, but i did it anyway and i was at 71.2kg!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats...157 pounds!! Im thinking at least some of that is because i havent been drinking as much water, so i will prob be a little higher on weigh in day. But still!! Ive never been this thin :')

Yay Icon!

I hear that lack of water is actually what makes you RETAIN water (unless you drink a whole gallon right before you weight yourself) so I'm sure this will stick!

Iconised Ghost~ YAY!!! Good Job! I can't wait to hear what your final weigh in is!!!

So I'm down 1.2. I know I should really be happy about that but I was really hoping to get down to 240 before my bday. I'll be a few days late I guess///

We got about a foot of snow last night, so no school today...

Just to prepare you all, I was out of town all week & I ate junk. I did the 30DS everyday AND got into a size 12 pair of jeans, but I'm not sure how Monday will end up.

Quidd: I just started Level 2 & it was murder!!! The V-raises weren't horrible for me, but I hated the plank jacks...well, I hated the whole damn thing, to be honest. I woke up this morning & new muscle groups were hurting so I figured that was good. Hopefully in 10 days, the left cheek will be muscle-y because it hurts REAL bad right now! I love that I only have to work out for 25 mins. I hate working out, but this I can do!

Chance- ugh! I know how you feel. When I go home, there tends to be way more temptation and I always have a hard time eating better. I'm about to head home for a whole MONTH, so it is going to take a LOT of discipline to stay on plan...

Today was the 4th day I did level 2 and the V-Raises STILL kill me. All I have are two pound weights and 5 pounders, so I've been using the 5 lb ones, but I literally want to CRY half way through the second circuit of V-Raises. Whatever muscle that exercise works, I just don't have it. And it is probably also because it is near the end...

Plank jacks suck too. Every time she says "okay now lets get down into plank position" I die a little inside.

Ya, I hate anything in plank position - always have. But I feel like because you are doing so much that level 2 goes by much faster than level 1 did. I can't believe you are using 5 lbs!!! I did for 6 days on level 1 & it was too much. I went yesterday & finally bought some 2 lbs & I definitely still felt it! I actually pulled something in my back using the 5 lbs so I am going to see my chiropractor on Monday. Won't be doing that again - although I'll take any excuse to go to the chiropractor!

Im going to weigh in now, because its sunday here and im sure im going to forget tomorrow.

Goal weight: 55kg (121 pounds)
Current weight: 70.9kg!!! (156.3 pounds!!!!!!)

I have lost 2.4kg this week :O 5.29 pounds?!?! I have no idea how this happened. I HAVE been eating enough, around 1300-1400 calories a day, i even went a little over the day before yesterday.

kim- good luck with your MRI! I'm not claustrophobic but even i dont particularly like the idea of an MRI much, especially if i wasnt doing it for a study or something, if it was part of a diagnostic thing.

Chance- im sure you will be fine on monday Sounds like you've been working pretty hard even being out of town.

Quidd- i hope it sticks! Im trying not to get my hopes up about it, because its so disappointing to see it shoot back up again, but at the same time its pretty exciting

Icon- WOW! You are on a ROLL! amazing job!

Chance- Yeah. The 5lbs make me want to DIE.

Sooo I'm back home today and there are lots of sweets around. That I've been eating. Too much of . I need to get myself in CONTROL of my actions.

I've also only got an old crappy scale, so I don't know how accurately I can measure a gain or loss. I'll do what I can, though.

Not so good this weekend... my birthday really threw things off as my family wanted to celebrate Saturday, my BF wanted to celebrate Sunday and his family wants to celebrate tonight. BLAH! I'm not a big cake fan, but I feel almost obligated to have at least one piece, especially as I'm getting the death stare from the different people who made me cake...
I also indulged last night in eating what I wanted... prime rib, mashed potatoes, and rice pilaf... not as outrageous as it could have been, but pretty bad at the same time. The restaurant I work at gives free meals to anyone who is celebrating a bday so I indulged in that

I plan on kicking my own butt over the next few days...

No loss, no gain.

Which I guess is good considering all the sweets I've eaten the past few days...

haha

Hi everyone!! sorry I've been gone again all week. I've been running around trying to get ready to head back to the states for a month! Congrats Icon! That must be such a great feeling!! Good work everyone I'm up for a challenge while I'm home, because I know there is going to be so much food I'll want to pig out on..

But.. I come with good news!

I'm down 3.5lb!! I don't know how, but I'm happy. I won't make it under 190 for new years like I'd hoped, but I think I'll make it close
