I’m back to my November low: 230.2. I feel pretty confident I’ll be in a new decade by the end of the year. Probably not the 210’s but heading in the right direction.
Only down .2 and today I didn’t walk as far or drink as much water so I don’t expect much for tomorrow...
and then I’m going to the holiday market which means probably lunch out. I’ve got to plan my morning to stay on plan as best I can calorie-wise. Even if I’m not actually counting I’m definitely paying attention to them...
No workout for today. I worked on my month end books and after work took my books to the CPA. DH and I ate dinner and headed back to the shop. I noticed the battery light came on. We were headed back to the shop and I noticed the lights were getting dim. I prayed to make it to the driveway. As I was getting close to the drive way, I lost power steering/brakes. I had to use a lot of strength to get it in the driveway, but I got there. Praise the Lord! My food was on plan, but no exercise.
Congratulations on the loss Diana! Not on plan days are tricky.
I'm down again a bit this morning. Right now I'm having a delightful little run of nice losses, much like a decade ago before menopause. I know this won't last but it makes me happy to see the scale go down regularly. I'm taking a breakfast smoothie with me to the Holiday Fair so I can break my fast with something healthy, satisfying, and filling... try to limit the "need" for off plan splurges.

My smoothie is always a base of kefir (I make my own with milk from a local farm. Raw milk is good for arthritis and kefir makes the milk okay for those of us who get rumbly tummies when we drink milk)
then I add raw spinach and a bit of maple syrup. So it’s always at least that. I usually add half a banana too if I have one. Then blueberries or strawberries or powdered peanut butter or cocoa powder. Depends on what I have and what I’m in the mood for. It makes a pint and is very filling. Anywhere from 250-375 calories depending on what I put in it. I try to have 1 a day.

No loss for me. I had stir fried rice last night. Lots of veggies but also lots of sodium. So I expected not to continue my little joy ride. Maybe tomorrow. I was pretty good with the treats at coffee hour after church.
We seem to be reading weight Diana, congratulations on a nice piss!
I’m up 2 whole pounds. And I was good yesterday. Even with coffee hour. But this could still be related to all the sodium the previous day. But who knows. I will persevere!
