I continue to inch down .2 a day. Worked at the food shelf this morning so that was my exercise for the day!

Yesterday was on plan with food but no exercise, since I was trying to get everything done in the office. I am down .4 to 193 this morning.

Yay for on plan days!

i got started on my walk and realized I’d forgotten to put on my fitness tracker. Normally I wouldn’t care but this month I’m using it to record my daily walks. So I had to go home to get it. Only about 1/4 mile but uphill. In the snow. It was a beautiful day for a hike though!

I was down 2 pounds! I’m sure tomorrow will be back to reality.

it was 0 degrees this morning but I am committed to getting out every day so out we went. Once you’re moving it’s not too bad really although I took my mitten off to fiddle with my phone and that was pretty cold pretty fast.

I am getting ready to go out of town today. My goal during this time will be to control the weight gain as much as possible. I would love to maintain during this time. I will check in if/when I can.

Have a great Christmas vacation Diana! I’ll be here when you get back for sure.

I’m enjoying my little downward trend right now but Christmas, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day will all take care of that trend! My goal is to end the month in a deficit. Even just a small one.

I’m down another pound too Diana!!! However I’m contemplating pizza for lunch... I was definitely having pizza til I got on the scale and saw a wonderful new low. Now I’m rethinking the pizza...

I didn’t weigh in yesterday or today. I didn’t walk much yesterday. And I ate a lot.

But it was a great Christmas!

Christmas and Boxing Day are over. Back to healthy choices. (After I have a couple caramels...) (but most of the holiday treat gifts have safely been rehomed so they won’t be hanging out here tempting me)

only gained 3 pounds. And considering how much cheese fondue I ate yesterday that is quite remarkable.

im actually looking forward to my simple at home eating.

Hi Everyone!

I almost said Good Morning, LOL. I just got up. I got up earlier this morning but I am not well. On the way back home yesterday I felt very sore and was hurting all over. We got the car off loaded and everything is in the living room floor. I need to work on getting everything straightened back up and put away. I feel like I have the flu. I took Oscillococcinum and elderberry last night as well as this morning and I am doing better. I know I got run down while we were out of town. My DH snores really badly (he is suppose to go for a sleep study as soon as we get into the new year and get it scheduled). We normally sleep in separate rooms but slept together while out of town. I don't do well when I don't get enough sleep. Anyways, we had a fun trip. We stayed at a friends vacation home in Connestee Falls, NC for the first half of the trip. Then the last half, Christmas Eve until we returned home was at the Dillard House in Dillard GA. My friend and her DH met us there. My eating was bad and I didn't get any exercise. I have no idea what I weigh. I won't weigh in again until the last day of the month. Yesterday my calories were decent, although I don't know exactly what they were. I also had my first salad since going out of town. LOL Maybe that's what happened to me. LOL My body isn't used to vegetables anymore. LOL

Anyways, I wanted to check in and tell everyone Hi!

Good Morning!

I still haven't gotten any formal exercise in. Yesterday I worked on getting everything put back up from the trip and washing the clothes. I felt better as the day went along. I woke this morning and I feel I am well enough to go to church, although I still feel a bit off. Not sure what's up with me. I decided to brave the scale and I weigh 196. That's up 3.6 pounds. That is a lot better than I have done in the past. I know it's not good and it's not as good as I had wanted and hoped I would do. But, my behavior has improved. So I am happy about that.

Christmas and Boxing Day derailed my daily check in habits. And checking in is good for me. So I’m getting back in that habit now getting ready for 2020.

I have stuck with IF faithfully the whole month, even Christmas and Boxing Day. The only exception was dinner out, which should have still been within my eating window except for the absolute worst service ever. However the food was good when it finally came and I’d made healthy choices (not always easy at an American style Mexican restaurant).

Other than the holidays I’ve done really well with my food choices all month. I’m definitely eating lots more veggies and much less sugar.

My December plan to walk every day also got derailed by the holidays. Not gonna try that for January but I will again once we’re closer to Spring.

Diana, I’m impressed you had a week holiday with less than a 5 pound gain! Impressive!

Here’s to a new month! A new year! A new decade!
