HI!

Vladadog Gains like that are usually sodium related. Hang in there.

Yesterday was on plan with food and exercise. No change on the scale for me.

Have a Blessed day!

Yesterday was pretty off plan for me and today I’m really struggling to bundle up and get out there for my walk. Two days in the 50’s make the seasonal 25 degrees seem even colder. But it’s sunny and I have a good book on my iPod. I can do this!

eta: hiked 2.2 miles per the fitness tracker. 3.4 per the gps app. And over some very hilly terrain since they were spreading manure over the big field that is usually a large easier portion of my walk. So once I did get going I did good. Let’s see if Mr Scale agrees tomorrow...

I’ve been in a funk. I ate within my IF window today but I decided to just be kind to myself. I made “comfort food” and while I did walk, bring in firewood, and fill the bird feeders I mostly just hung out like a lump. No reason for my funk, just a mood. Tomorrow is a new day.

Thanks Diana! I was in a better mood today!

Sunday is the “greening of the church” where we put evergreen boughs in all the windows and nearly every other horizontal surface. So the dogs and I walked a route that allowed me to collect two big bags of greens. Lugging them home wasn’t as much fun as collecting them though... but all exercise is good exercise!

my weigh in was up a pound which is hardly surprising considering how much cheese I ate yesterday. Lots of cheese and not much fiber. No regrets though, I needed to spoil myself a bit. Today was on plan all the way!

Good Morning and Happy Weekend!

Today is the Christmas party for the church ladies. My plan is to bring my own food and not to stray. We'll see how it goes.

Last night after I logged my food, DH wanted me to make some crab dip. So I did and had a bit too. I am up .2 on the scale to 193.4.

Have a Blessed day!

Hi Everyone!

Vladadog Great job! I posted this last night at my other check-in. I wanted to say this because you are not familiar with the lady I am talking about. She is handicapped and has a van set up for her. She has had a lot of problems with her van this year and I have picked up her groceries and her needs when the van is having problems.

No workout to report. I spent most of the day in the ER with one of the church ladies. Remember the one that I went to get the groceries for? She was trying to get her chair back in the van and she hot her hand stuck between a piece of metal and her chair. We got her freed but she didn't want to go to the hospital in an ambulance. So we had to get the van set back up for someone to drive her in the van to the hospital. Getting her locked in and all of that is a lot of work. Anyways, I got another woman to drive the van but she was not familiar with the area, so I led the way. This all started around 2 PM and I finally got home at 7:30. Long day!

At the party today, I won some Belgian chocolates. Just what I need right? So, I did fine at the party. I brought a salad from Chick-fil-a and I had some fruit that I brought for dessert. After the above drama, I had a meltdown and ate the chocolates. Not exactly one of my finest moments. But I do know the calorie counts of everything, so I will be accountable. Of course I didn't eat any dinner, so I kept things under control after the chocolate and didn't continue.

No exercise for yesterday, unless you count stress, LOL. My calories were 2020 and this morning I am down .4 to 193. I guess my body hasn't processed the chocolate, yet. I thought I would gain at least a pound from water weight this morning. I will probably see it tomorrow. Crazy body!

Today we (some of the church family) are going to visit our shut ins. We will take them their Christmas cards, a little gift bag, we will sing Christmas carols outside their door, and then Pastor will pray. One of the ladies is in an assisted living place, so hopefully more people will be able to be a part of things and feel encouraged. It will be a long day without formal exercise.

Have a Blessed day!

You had a very busy day Diana and I definitely would have eaten the chocolates as well!

My day, thankfully, was much calmer. Today is the very last day of guns in the woods til Spring. Just muzzleloader right now and those guys are usually less likely to shoot first and look later but the very last weekend we don’t take chances. So not much exercise today. But I did good, food wise.

Ready for a new week!

HI Everyone!

Today was a really nice day, visiting our church family members who have not been able to attend church due to their health issues. I think everyone was blessed. My calories were good today but no exercise.

Vladadog Calm is good, LOL.

Have a Blessed evening!

Good Morning!

I am up .4 on the scale this morning to 193.4. I had no exercise this weekend, I had higher calories and a chocolate fiasco on Saturday, yesterday my calories were good but I ate different foods than normal (more sodium). So I suppose this is OK, LOL, not that I have a choice.

Have a Blessed day and a great start to your week!

I hope the woman who had the trip to the ER is doing well!

I ran lots of errands today but I successfully avoided all temptations. And I had a brisk hike this morning before errands. So a good day for me!

Good Morning!

Vladadog Yes, she is doing OK. It ended up severely bruised.

No change in the scale for me. I am going out of town at the end of the week for our Christmas vacation. I wasn't able to workout yesterday because I am trying to get everything done before we leave. I normally have until the end of the month to get my work done.

Have a Blessed day!
