I came back to 3fc in November after a couple months of unsuccessful calorie counting - I was counting but I‘d only lost about 5 pounds and was really struggling. I’d lost 100 pounds counting calories but this time not only was the weight not really moving but the whole process just felt unworkable, unsustainable for me. I didn’t feel like counting was a lifetime commitment I could make but with out the commitment I know the weight would come right back just like before.
So I came back to 3fc (which I know helped me a lot last time) and decided to give intermittent fasting a try. And four months later I’m down 20 pounds in slow and steady progress. I know progress will get harder as I get closer to Onderland and even harder after that. But right now I’m feeling hopeful I’ve found a way of eating and living that works for me.
