Good morning, friends

Nothing of note to report which is good because I have a busy day ahead of me with lots of little tasks waiting to get done. I wholeheartedly lovemylife001 that it's always sad when a vacation comes to an end. Admittedly though I'm one of those people who seems to get itchy about about getting back to work because I know stuff is just piling up and I'm the only one charged to get it done. I admire those folks who truly can vacate and can learn something from them.

to all and wishing everyone a happy and productive Monday.

Good morning everyone! I hope you all had a fantastic weekend and great start to the week today!

My weight loss stalled for a while with no gains and no losses but over the past couple days I finally saw some losses. I did a little bit of exercise this weekend but took most of the time just to rest and relax, plus I went to bed very early last night, so maybe that's why I finally saw a bit of loss. I'm already dreading weighing in tomorrow though because I had a nice big caesar salad for lunch that was LOADED with bacon so I'm sure all that salt will have me retaining water, haha. Totally worth it though.

Starting weight: 256.6
Goal for July 31: 240

01: 256.6
02: 255.6
05: 254.2
07: 253.4
10: 252.8
11: 250.8

FieryCC thanks for the update. I read quite a few of the reviews on Plexus Slim and they were just as you said. I would be quite disappointed to purchase something that isn't cheap and it didn't work However, I would love to find something to keep me regular. I had actually started taking the equate brand fiber supplement and it seemed to work but I forget to take it. If I could mix it earlier that may help but it thickens the longer it sits. I will let you know if I buy the cleanse. Thanks again OMGoodness FieryCC my sons and daughter are doing the same thing They are hooked on that game.

Trina glad you had a great birthday

Curvy, sounds like a good plan to not work all day Curvy TOM is doing a number on me this month. I feel like I've been on forever and it's so heavy this month .

Kukkie feel better my friend Good job on being down this weekend

pinkstarberry nice loss, get that water in you should be good on the sodium

Rennie I bought a pillow that's both memory foam and cooling. I won't judge after just one night but it made no difference in my sleep.

loveofmylife001 great job on keeping your food in check on your birthday and good for you for eating a piece of what sounds like such a yummy cake.

FieryCupcake my husband can't wait for Pokemon Go to be avalaible in Canada. Me thinks he'll want to go walking more often.

curvynotlumpy I really hope you succeeded in not working your whole Sunday.

Kukkie84 hope you feel better already

I crashed yesterday, no energy, had a long nap in the afternoon and ate a piece of cake. Of course my weight is way up today (sigh).

Morning everyone. Desperately needing some today.

Headache is still lingering. Weight is still holding stubbornly on to 213.6. TOM still hasn't arrived, but all of its nonsense baggage has. Argh. All of that said, I dragged my butt to the gym this morning. I've decided I'm going to watch The Good Wife on Netflix so I can get all of my cardio in. I hate cardio, passionately. But if I'm watching a show, it helps to make 30-40 mins on the elliptical go by that much quicker. I started the show when it first aired, but for some reason never kept up with it. Now it's catch up time. But I'm only going to let myself watch it when on the elliptical; that will have to serve as motivation.

Good Tuesday Morning Everyone

I hope that everyone had a great Monday I walked into work to 118 emails and my desk full of papers and different things that needed my attention, ugh lol. I don't see how some of my co-workers manage to take 2 weeks off at a time, that would stress me out lol

Curvy I walked into tons of emails and work. I stayed an hour over yesterday to try to catch up. Plus we are in phase two of our new platform implementation, sigh. Whenever we implement something new there's always problems and we had tons yesterday. Hopefully today will be better.

Pinkstarberry :congrats on the loss, it's amazing how a good night rest affects the scale is a positive way. Keep up the good work.

Rennie

Martine They were talking about the pillow that you have on the news today. They said that it really works. I will have to check into getting me one.

Kukkie Great job getting to the gym even with those ucky TOM symptoms present. They really take a lot of of you. I also watch tv while on the elliptical, it keeps your mind off of what you're actually doing lol.

Have a great day everyone It's time for

Martine yeah I have one of those pillows also and it makes no difference. I don't get the cooling part at all. It doesn't work for me. As a matter of fact I have a fan that blows directly on me and nothing keeps me cool through the night :/ Sorry about the up on the scale I am having a lot of no energy days. I was just telling my husband and my son that no matter how much I sleep, I always feel like if I laid down again (right now/right then) I would go back to sleep with a quickness .

DO ANY OF YOU TAKE A MULTI-VITAMIN?
WHICH ONE DO YOU TAKE?
DID IT TAKE YOU A WHILE TO FIND THE RIGHT ONE?
DID YOU DOCTOR RECOMMEND IT?

Kukkie sorry about the headache, hope it goes away soon Hope you don't mind me asking ... How late is TOM? ... It keeps me on a machine longer when I watch a show also.

Hi Trina hope today is a little lighter and less stressful at work

Rennie The vitamins that I've been taking doesn't do a whole lot. I was taking these pills called Blood Builder, you can get them at GNC or Amazon and they work great. I need to stop being so cheap and place another order. My doctor suggested those to me because of my anemia.

Rennie technically TOM isn't late yet. It's supposed to arrive today, according to my handy little app. The problem is that I'm used to being like clockwork when I'm on the pill. This is my second month off of the pill. I go off it every two years for a while to allow my body to regulate itself again. This time wasn't planned, I just forgot to pick up my refill and said meh. As for vitamins, I don't take a multi, but I do take B12 and Iron pills because I'm low on both.

Trina, I will ask my NP about those also. The hospital dr put me on iron and my new NP just went with it. I just googled tired all the time and found http://www.nhs.uk/Livewell/tiredness...tiredness.aspx. I know I have a bloating reaction to gluten but didn't know about the tired part. Anemia I have (so they say, though I'm always hot), my husband and kids say I snore (wondering about the sleep apnea), diabetes I have. On another thread one post-er was talking about a sleep study and a CPAP mask. I'm gonna ask about that also. It can't hurt.

Kukkie I have the my days app. It never predicts the right day for me since mine comes whenever it wants now but I still use it. I was wondering if you may be expecting a little one I use to take B12 but I was worried that I'm over supplementing and I couldn't tell any difference.

thanks for the replies

Rennie My doctor actually took me off of my iron pills because they caused so much constipation and I had to take a laxative daily that's when she did some research and suggested the blood builder they don't make you constipated. With my anemia, I'm always freezing cold lol

Trina, yeah that's why I don't understand how they can say I'm anemic. But according to my blood test I am I wonder if insurance will cover the blood builder? Insurance charged me $7 for 30 iron pills so my husband went to Sam's and bought me a 300 ct bottle for a little more. We also found a 200 ct bottle at Walmart fo $4.12. So I definitely have enough of those now

Rennie I'm not sure but you would think that they would lol. I will have to check into that. I have Blue Cross Blue Shield. I think in the meantime I'm going to order a 30 day supply from either Amazon or Drugstore.com.
