GREAT, MissLoud!!! Hoping you have great results on weigh-in!

I was back at 251.4 this morning. 251.3 is my low, so far. Hoping to breeze by that in no time! I've been hovering over the 240's so long that I'm not sure I'll believe it when I finally get in them! Hoping it's soon!

Why is it that those last couple of pounds are the hardest??
I have been staying the low 50's for two weeks now.
I know that my body will let go of those pounds some day. I just want someday to be here by Monday lol

Sally, I know EXACTLY what you mean! I was at 251.4 in late September and then hit 151.3 at some point. I've been bouncing around between 251.3 and about 252.6 for over 2 weeks! It makes me so frustrated because I have some longer term goals (like Christmas) that I want to make, along with my short term goal of getting the heck out of the 250's, that I'm not getting any closer too. I feel like I'm spinning my wheels.....I would say that I feel like I'm on a treadmill but I really am!
Oh well. I am finally down to a new low this morning but not enough to move on.

250.8 this morning. TOM, surely when that is over I'll move into the 240's!

After a couple of rough days (October 13 & 14th) I was shocked to know I am down to 256.4, this is my lowest adult weight ever! I am so happy and feeling so blessed, I hope to be in the 240's by mid-November, a bold goal for me, we'll see.

I seem to be "stuck" at 250-252 ... I've been going to the gym every other day and can't seem to get the scale to go down! I've also increased my water intake.. I'm going to start jumping on the scale sideways to make it go down!

My do we have a sisterhood or what?

We all seem to be fighting for those last couple of pounds so that we can move on.

I searched for a 230 to 240 thread and found none. Do you think maybe that is why we can't get those last couple of pounds off? I know I am being silly, but the frustration of a plateau makes me have to laugh so that I don't cry.

I just need to focus on the fact that I have lost 100 pounds and am closer to 200 than I have been since I was a teenager. Yep 282 as a senior in high school.

So however gets into the 240's I guess you will have to start that thread and maybe that will open the dam and we can all break through and follow you

Thanks jenjenangel027. I was looking for one that had both weights like this one in the heading.

I was at 250.0 this morning and I took a "cheat" day today. I am so frustrated at myself! I shouldn't have done it and tried to get into the 240's! Oh well, still stayed within my extra allowed points. Holding my breath over the next few days to see how this all plays out.
