Week 4! Happy October everyone

Excited that I hit my goal for September (225)....but then of course went out to eat so I'm up from that. Still a very good down for the week though, so I'll take it! My goal is not really very reasonable at this point, but I'll keep pushing for it.
Goal for the week: Up the water intake.
