As to how I lost it, I am following Weight Watchers Points Plus on my own. I joined weight watchers in May 2011, went for about 4 weeks then quit (and gained about 15 more pounds). 9/13 was the first actual day of my diet, so I attribute most of the weight loss to my body's shock at having good, healthy food for a change
. I ate irresponsibly on vacation in October, but got back on track when I returned.I fear it will not come off as quickly in the future.
