I'm trying hard to get my weight as low as possible before the 21st of October, which is when I run a half-marathon. But why not continue through Halloween.? 1.5 lbs per week seems to be the best I can do.

10/8 -- 213.5 goal
10/15 -- 212 goal
10/21 -- 210.5 goal
