Hi, I would love to join this thread. My current weight is 257.8. I just got into the 250's last week for the first time in a few years, haven't been below 250 in about 10 years. I am doing WW and joined a gym where I attend classes.

I am hopelessly stuck in the 250s! The 250s are always my wall/plateau! I am frustrated but NOT giving up!

I'm right there with you!

Well I weighed in at 254 this morning. I almost had a heart attack when I first stepped on because it said I was 246 but I knew it was just my scale being stupid.....which it was.

My TOM is coming and I just think I'm going to be stuck here for another few weeks.

Well my TOM came yesterday. Luckily I haven't gained anything. I actually lost .4 pounds in the last 2 days bringing me down to 253. I'm hoping to have a big whoosh here soon. *crosses fingers* I haven't heard from anyone in a few days. How is everyone doing?

I started at 255 and I'm almost down past 250! I seem to be straddling the line because I tend to weigh about 249ish in the morning and 252 at night. I should probably weigh myself less so I stop worrying about it.

Well I would stick to the 249ish as your weight. You are always going to weigh a few pounds more in the evening because you have been eating and your body is holding on to water you drank for the day.

my tom just ended yesterday. im still bloated because during tom i tend to go to town on the sodium cause i figure ill be bloated anyways might as well enjoy the salt for the next 4-5 days. i keep my calories the same tho. im back to 30 mins exercise 6 16 ounce glasses of water and 1500 sodium or less a day. so hopefully the scale will go down over the next couple days to what im supposed to be at. im 0.2 lbs less than when i started tom and pretom bloating two weeks ago but i know i have to have lost more than 0.2 this past 2 weeks, its just the sodium , so lets give it a few days and see if i hit my 255 goal for mid febuary. I know this is gonna sound really stupid but yesterday I went shopping and woo I fit into large womens tops. which hey thats pretty good. but im so used to seeing myself in 2x womens or even mens, that i never really saw my body shape. so I put on the large and there is my body shape. I could take a bullet to the boob and survive im fairly sure, and holy love handles. I have a verrrrry hourglass shape that i just did not see before and its freaking me out. Like I feel bigger because I now have curves lol. I felt smaller in my 2x clothes when my curves were covered and I was just straight. now i got all these curves showing in my clothes. I know I have G cups right but you couldn't see them in 2x and now you can and i dont know what to do with them! everytime I look in the mirror im like gah! im a porno whale

256 today. I have been up and down but mostly up the past week it seems. Feeling very stressed with my daughters school work and not having a job for so long. Just been depressed and eating anything that does not move. Seems that maybe have have gotten past that for now. Hope it continues that way.

256.8 still a little bloated. trying to stick to water and exercise but i get so meh. been best kind on my diet though as always. 7lbs more and ill be able to say im in the 240s. ill be happy when i hit 245. that was what i weighed before i met my bf and gained 43 lbs from his cooking. so once all the bf weight is off and i can start losing new weight, and see a body ive never seen before, than ill be less meh. so 11.8lbs to go for that. so probably 6 more weeks or more of losing the old regained weight. the 250s are somewhere ive always settled at though so getting through the 250s is a big achievement and milestone. i hope in a few weeks to be out of it for good.

Well I'm down to 252.4.............The 250's are just a big PITA!
I've been in the 250's since the beginning of January. Not quite sure what is going on with my body, I've been doing everything right.
