I weighed in at 258 last week, and will be weighing in again tonight and checking back here. Hoping to have gone down some.

252.8 yesterday. I am anxiously excited to leave the 250s behind me- once I hit 249, I am 10 lbs down, which will be the most successful weight loss that I have had in years! 3 lbs more though...

Down to 256.75 as of last night. Would've liked to have lost more than a pound and a quarter for the week but I really can't complain.

Hi! I see this tread started back in 2011, but I'm hoping I can jump in. This is my first post on 3FC! I'm in the 250s and would love to "chat it off" from the 250s DOWN!

Welcome Sarah! I'm new here too, and can't wait till we chat ourselves into the 240s thread, haha!

Well done Elladorine, 1.25 lbs is nothing to sneeze at.

Well ladies I am back. This morning I weighed in at 253.6. Hopefully it is only for a limited engagement.

I'm up 1lbs since Friday, but down 1.1lbs total since I started. Our dishwasher broke on Thursday and we've been eating out ever since. So hard to control calories when eating out. Dishwasher fixed now, so on to eating healthfully.

SmallSteps, yes, very limited.

Katy Did- how'd the holiday weekend turn out for you?

Sarah, I had a great weekend!

Well, great in every way except for weight loss. Friends came to town and I ate too much junky food. So I gained 1.3 lbs according to the scale, but I don't think that's really accurate. Maybe that's wishful thinking on my part though.

Anyway, I'm having a hard time believing that I will reach 249 anytime soon.

I blew through the 260s like they were nothing, and shot down to 255 pretty quick, too. But now the scale hasn't moved in 3 weeks! Ugh! I was so looking forward to being on the other side of 250. I'm thinking I need to change up my routine... either modify my diet or get cranking on the exercise.

I signed up on the "June Challenge" thread and really am dedicated to seeing that 20lb weight loss by June 1. Which means I need to get a 2-3lbs weight loss each week... which also of course means that exercise needs to be NOT AN OPTION. Getting up early to do it was not happening this morning though. My (almost) 1 year old was up a lot last night. New teeth. So as soon as husband gets home, my butt will be on the elliptical. I'll be treating myself to some deep space nine while on it though, looove netflix!

Katy Did - Believe it! You're going to make it happen.
shadowclaw- what kind of exercise to you do now?

Sarah - Mostly I either walk on the treadmill or go for short hikes. I was doing Chicometrics for strengthening/toning, but I slacked off on that last week. I initially thought my plateau had something to do with the Chicometrics... like maybe I was building some muscle while losing fat, so my weight stayed the same. I did lose a couple inches off my body from the workout, but my measurements haven't changed in a week and a half (not mention I didn't touch the DVD last week), and I'm still the same weight. So I don't know. TOM could also be playing a role, but three weeks is a long time to have your weight not budge!

I weighed in at 252.4 this morning that is down 1.2 pounds from yesterday. I guess that 145 ounces of water helped, I was up peeing all night lol

Hi, All!
I dropped into 250s land this week, settling at 257.8 this morning. I'm less than 10 lbs now from my 50lb mini-goal (248), and I can almost taste the mini-victory!
I'm dreading hitting a plateau any day now, as thus far the weight has been coming off at a fairly steady rate. Hopefully I can work through the 250s before that - with your help! Glad to have found this thread.

Thanks! I think I just got spoiled by my previous losses for the month. Can't wait to see how I do tomorrow!
