So I have been stuck for a couple of weeks now with Easter and a mini vacation. I haven't gained but still am a bit frustrated. Can I join you ladies? I think it may be the kick in the rear that I need to keep pushing through...

Huh. I was up 1.3 yesterday morning, and back down 1.3 this morning! I hope it doesn't keep fluctuating, I find that so frustrating.

Girl, embrace those ups and downs. I have found that when I care day to day I tend to get more frustrated. I still weigh every day because if I'm up a couple days in a row I try to re-evaluate, drink more water, etc. But, it's not going to be consistent... that's just a quirk of our bodies.

Very good point!

Usually I don't weigh every day, but I thought I would do it for a month or two, so I can really understand all the fluctuations that happen in the course of a week and a month. Hopefully I will take the understanding and learn to leave the frustration at the door.

I weighed 259.8 today, so I've barely made it! We can do it!

251.3 this morning! Wow, so close to being out of the 250s, ahh!

I'm a little disappointed in myself. I've YET to work out on my ellipitical at home. (Just so tired and my youngest gets up at 6:30 so that means, I've got to get up at 5:15am to get a work out in.) But, I need to JUST DO IT. Seriously.

I went 400 cal over my goal yesterday. I ate, then logged, which is a bad plan.

Must log, then eat. Must wake up early enough to work out. Must JUST DO IT!

Hi, ladies... Returning with my tail between my legs...

I am not sure if I am 252 or 254, the scales are not reliable but I hope I can join the group.

Good luck to all!

Can I join? I weigh 253.5 and need some support. I have lost a good 15 pounds since January and need to lose another 100 or so. I am taking it one pound at a time. I am starting a 60 day juice reboot today, April 11th. I have been wanting to start since December, but have taken my time getting started. Now is the day and I am starting the race.

My weight loss is always really slow. I have been a Vegan for over a year and gained weight! Started Gluten Free in January and have actually lost 15 pounds, yeah! But want a real push to get a cleasing of my system and some faster results in my weight loss numbers. Then I will settle back into my Gluten Free diet with a couple of juices every day. They are just so yummy and healthy. I know that salt causes lots of swelling for me, so juicing is a great way to get rid of all the salt in my diet for awhile.

I love juicing and they are really yummy. I had been blending juice smoothies and they are OK, but juicing really tastes much better. If anybody wants to share receipes let me know! Anyone in a similar boat?

Awww, I hope so. That has to be frustrating!! Have you thought about getting a scale that gives you your body fat%? I've got a withings scale and it's nice to see my body fat go down and muscle mass go up, even if my weight isn't actually changing. Plus its wifi, so it auto posts my weight, which I like (sometimes, sometimes it pisses me off, lol).

Welcome! I'm not vegan or gluten free and have never "juiced" - but I wish you luck!! I am in the same boat, as far as the weight loss is concerned.
