Does anyone else step on the scale twice? Mine never says the same thing the 2nd time

Anyway... today I weighed in at 258.0 and 257.8 so I'm feeling good! I have been really good all week because I knew I'd have some garlic noodles last night and they were so good!!!

3 lbs away from my first mini goal!!!

Haha I always step on 3 times. I have a digital scale and half the time it says a completely different weight the first time I get on. The second and third time always are correct, but it is funny that it does that. Good job on dropping the lbs. I on the other hand am stuck at 259. My TOM is starting today or tomorrow and I have started lifting weights so I think my body is retaining a bunch of water (hopefully).

Yeah the water can kill you... I stepped on the scale today and it said 259.0 and 258.6. So that means I manager to gain almost pound yesterday by eating ramen (soup w/noodles) and then another soup and a salad for dinner. I figure it has to be the salt in the soup. Tomorrow's my official weigh day and I'm not feeling super positive considering I had my left over soup for lunch today and we are going out to eat tonight. Going to eat well at the restaurant, but it's still a restaurant...

Still trying to get to 255 by Feb 1st and only have 4 lbs to go... staying positive about that goal

I'm 3 lbs down for the week too! YAY!

I think a lot of it has to do with what's going on in our lives. If I'm in control, I can lose weight so much easier. But if I don't know what's going to happen over the next few days, where I'm going to eat, if I'll get to exercise, that is when I start maintaining over weeks and not losing.

I've started stepping on the scale 3 times instead of 2 and taking the middle number. So today was 256.6, 256.8. and 256.4. I'm going to say that today I weight 256.6

Yesterday was a scary day for me. I unexpected wound up at a thai restaurant with no nutrition information! We were going to go to Buffalo Wild Wings, where I can eat naked tenders and a salad for under 700 calories, but the wait was too long before the game. So I had spicy (rice) noodles with chicken and just ate half the portion. Today I'll have the rest for lunch.

You do! Control is a big problem with me too. You just have to put your mind to it because you can do anything!

This morning I was down to 256 Almost halfway out the 250's!

I'm also at 256... hoping to weight in at 255 on Sunday so we can schedule our special date

Then I want to be 249 by my birthday on Feb 7. It would be a sweet gift to be on that side of 250

I think my husband and I are going to Hawaii either this summer or this fall with his family. I am the only overweight person that would be in the group.

Once I get through the 250's I will be able to take a helicopter tour without having to pay extra for weighing too much. We were in Hawaii last May and I wanted to do it, but I was mortified of having to pay extra, so I didn't. I am the planner of the group and knew if I didn't mention it, nobody else would plan to do a helicopter tour.

How is everyone else doing?
