Hi Everyone weighed in today at 190.4 ... it's not ok but it is what it is ... and I must fix it. My weigh in tomorrow will suck I know ...

Got my first letter from my daughter today she sounds really good ... not too sad, but missing home. I think she really misses being able to do what she wants more than anything

Diana yes that's my daughter posing and smiling I love that picture. It's my new wallpaper on my cell. I got my last phone call from her cell at 3:19pm on the 7th and received my first letter today, so HAPPY Sorry about the soy in the dressing

Thanks Salley re: my daughter ... Love your attitude with the bodybugg ... enjoy

Angie your breakfast on the 8th sounds really good. I may have to try that low cal breakfast Thanks on your comment re: my eating and the treadmill on the 8th. I have really fell off again so I'm hoping to get up and dust off again on Saturday or Sunday LOL Angie I always blow a good day in the evening, I could just kick myself, smh I'm confident you will make it to ONEderland by March if not before, you got this I'm back I hope this time

Kim welcome to a new decade on the 8th ... way to go

Steph good job on making your goal of a pound a week Good job on the 162

Nicki

carter I am with you on the snacks, once I start I can't stop until like Diana use to say I feel like I've over done it, then it's too late. There are lots of snacks I don't like but unfortunately for me the ones that enter the house are the ones I love Good job on getting back to your low and Congrats on your new low yesterday, way to go

Ona be careful on that slice meat the sodium is the sneaky part of it. I had no idea deli meat had so much sodium until I read the Dukan book. smh ... I've heard you say so many times that you leave things in the car. I wonder if that would work for me?? Look at you Miss 159 way to go

Kukkie great 2.7 whoosh ... way to go Yay glad you're getting new scale soon

Coondocks glad no damage done over the holidays, good job on the 182, now please finish with him and send him my way ... I'll tell 181-180 you're looking to join him Ouch Coondocks sorry about your knee and glad you were able to play with Jack and stay away from the drama Well on your awesomeness, I have to tell you my husband calls me clumsy!! I broke one foot walking down the stairs, just stepped down and I saw it twist and heard it crack nothing there I just went down that was in 92. Then in 01, went to a friends house stepped down from the edge of her driveway and did the same exact thing and till this day I have no idea how I could do that just walking and crack,

HeidiNicole to the thread

Kris good to see you, glad you decided to post . I am very close to where I began at one point I was saying I lost 30lbs now it's 5 ... we can do this Sorry to hear about your Mom and I know she is glad to have you and see you daily

RRB2 ... great being dedicated I haven't been for a while now.

runningfromfat

unstoppable you're doing great

qtapostolic to 3FC and the thread good job on your losses so far

all caught up ...

Rennie -- What's important is coming back, I'm so glad you did! Maybe you need to go extreme for the first few days? That always helps me. Maybe you could try an all protein or an all veggie day from your old plan? Let's focus...this is the right time of year...let's give it everything we've got for the next few months!

I'm making lean meatballs and preparing a bunch of marinated + grilled chicken tomorrow -- I want to get back on my heavier protein and it really helps me to have things like that made up in advance.

Morning folks.

Quick check-in today - more or less stayed on plan yesterday, did a little late nibbling but kept it under control. Got a good long workout in yesterday (along with compliments from someone I know from the gym, I love those!) - cardio + strength.

And, weigh in today at 162, up 1 from my current low, which is to be expected, and I can live with it.

Good luck and good strength, everyone. It's Friday!

Good Morning

Not that it matters but yesterday my weight was actually 190.2. I keep a log upstairs and couldn't remember. Today's weigh in is 189.0. down 1.2lbs from yesterday. So I lost a little of the water I guess. I was full for some reason at dinner and even though I ate a biscuit and some pasta with ground beef, it wasn't as much as I had been eating and way less sodium. I'm starting today off with a grapefruit and a protein shake. Let's hope I can keep it going

Angie that's what I was thinking about doing mostly protein, and try to do right starting today and then maybe I can make it through the weekend.

Hi Amanda good to see you

Thanks Diana good job on the .4 down

Morning carter

Have a great day everyone

I’m up 1lb today to 213 – I don’t think that could have been from 3 wedges of a chocolate orange 2 days ago… I felt like I was retaining water though, so that’s likely it.

Amanda --

Diana – That’s the hotel that I’m staying at for my trip! I use extra lean ground beef for my meatballs, sometimes I mix in lean ground pork or turkey too. Congrats on your .4 today.

Carter --

Rennie – I started today with a protein shake as well. Today is the perfect time to start

Salley – Good job on your loss today. Sorry about the migraine, hope you feel better later.

I just got the saddest letter from Chelle. She's sore and frustrated and just flat out tired of the unnecessary yelling and caring on I just want to go get her and give her the biggest hug (squeeze her)

Thanks Salley, me too.

Amanda good starting point, not far from ONEderland You got this

Angie Sorry about the up on the scale. I had another one for lunch. I'm thinking salmon and asparagus for dinner which is what I have logged (hope I can stick to plan) Chelle's letter made we want to eat any and everything . I have some ground chicken think I'm gonna make some black bean chili with it

LOL Ona, I don't have time for much else in the morning. Rissa is so slow it's not funny, we almost miss the but every day, it's crazy. She gets up at 6:30 and still at 8:00 I am screaming, get your shoes on, eat your breakfast, arghhhh. Of course yelling doesn't help she's so rotten, she looks at me like why are you yelling, LOL. I'd love to have a breakfast burrito (homemade) or an omelet everyday. But I have to eat before I leave or I will eat all of the wrong things for sure.
