Well the sodium monster got me for that stupid piece of chicken and the light sodium filled salad dressing GEESH I'm up .4 to 185.6. I truly do not want that number to increase anymore. I got on the scale 4 times hoping to see 184 ... you know how wonky the scale can be but that thing held steady ...

Angie today I added and extra Fit & Active yogurt with hopes to makes it more filling and still ended up eating a cup of grits, so I don't know what the deal is. My shakes use to satisfy me but here lately they just don't could by that I am 10lbs heavier. I'm sure he had a great day over all. Does he understand about the lack of snow or does he still want to do it anyway. Rissa wants to go to Chuck E Cheese or Toys R Us. I'm gonna take her to Walmart and let her look around she is bound to find something. We'll do Chuck E Cheese when our funds are better. We have to use two coupons just so that there are enough tokens and pizza. So it's costly.

runningfromfat sorry about the weigh in, 168 will show it's beautiful face soon enjoy your day

unstoppable good job on the .8 down

Thanks Diana good job on the .2 down hope you rested well

Hi carter have a great day

Thanks Ona good job on the .4 down. I think I'm going to bake some fish today. I also plan to make some chili with ground chicken and TVP. I may even make some crab cakes with TVP. I need to try preparing my meats early like you all and maybe I'll do better. Salad dressing got me yesterday also. I didn't realize how much sodium was in that one until I logged it in Have a great day

Kukkie good job on the .5 down Sorry about the headache hope it goes away soon

AmandaD glad you got a little more rest, that's great You know with our oldest boy my Great Grandmother told me to put a little cereal in his night time before bed bottle and that's what I did. He was a big baby and nursing him killed me so he was on bottles quickly. Great job on your losses for the week Hope you get to go to the gym and get a great workout in

Amanda I was gonna ask you if you were still running, so I'm glad to hear that you still are, keep on doing what you're doing and you know that 4lbs will be gone quickly

Salley good job on the .4 down Salley I want one of those so bad, but they are expensive. Glad you got one

oh my goodness all of a sudden I want M&M's whyyyyyy

Hi all,

The scale was nice to me this morning, down to 163.4. I need another .2 to be down a pound for my weekly Lose It weigh in tomorrow, so I'll be hitting the recumbent bike later. A pound a week would get me close to 160 by the end of the month, which would be great.

I'm feeling a little more in control of my eating than I was earlier in the week. I just bought a book I hope will help, 50 Ways to Soothe Yourself Without Food. It looks good.

Happy weekend!

well my numbers for today aren't good at all ... I had a slice of cake with ice cream, homemade mac n cheese, and a small piece of fried chicken. All of which Miss Rissa wanted for her birthday. We did go to Walmart and she decided to add to her stuffed animal collection and got the Lion King characters.
Oh Chelle called me for the last time before they took their phones. So no more 3:45-4:45a.m. wake up text . I was looking forward to them. Now I'll be waiting for the mail to come. (long sigh) Maybe by next week she'll be able to mail the letters she has written.

Nicki good job on the 1lb down

Steph good job on the weigh in Hoping for a nice weigh in tomorrow for you Enjoy your book, let us know what secrets you find that sound really good

Kim great losses for you this week keep up the great work

Angie here are my numbers.

calories 1662, carbs 201, protein 96, sodium 1955

Coondocks I got on the treadmill finally. The boys wanted to workout so I went down with them. I made them promise that we would do this everyday for at least 30 minutes so we shall see

incline 4.5-5.0, distance 1.75, time 33.25 calories 273 ~~ I want to work my way up to 3 miles like I use to do daily. Oh and I attempted the 30 day shred, I still can't do push ups, and the jumping jacks I can do easily on the mini trampoline (I like that thing, got it at Goodwill for $5 I think). Rissa tried using the stepper, it was so funny she was trying to keep up with a DVD that I can barely do LOL. too cute

Up 0.9lbs today to 198.7. It's my own fault, I didn't get nearly enough water yesterday, and what I did get was mostly before bed.

Morning everyone!

Busy day yesterday but I did get a 5k jog in and I did okay - not perfect - with my plan. Still struggling with evening nibbles. My partner has gotten a little lazy about hiding certain snacks from me and I think I'm going to ask if she minds REALLY hiding them away! I just do much better when these things aren't even within reach. I also made the mistake of buying a kind of bread I do not like to keep in the house. That one is all my own bad choice - can't blame it on my partner.

Anyway the bottom line is still under control - weigh in at 162 today, a drop down from yesterday of 1 and matching my current low.

I just have to solve this itty bitty problem. I don't like to admit that I am struggling but there it is. I've been thinking a lot about how to deal with it and trying different things.

Good luck and good strength everyone!

Rennie Lovely picture of your daughter!
Diana You're well on your way to your low... good job!
Kukkie Sorry about the .9...
Carter Congrats for the -1, and good for you... setting aside the ego enough to acknowledge your struggle! Full frontal reality... that's the ticket!
Ona Good job maintaining!

I got up hours ago, and couldn't sleep. It's too early for my weigh in... I've got a day off and am going back to bed.

So the damage from Friday was +1.4 lbs, but today was -1.6, so I'm pretty pleased with that! TOM really just arrived today though in full force so we'll see what happens from here. I had a DELICIOUS breakfast -- low carb tortilla (60cal), 2 wedges laughing cow (47cal), 1 tsp salsa (20cal), and 1/3 chicken breast (50cal) -- it was SOOOOO good and really satisfying.

runningfromfat -- I hope you get to see that 168 sometime soon.

unstoppable -- nice loss yesterday!

Diana -- Congrats on your .2 yesterday and again today

Ona -- Lots of exercise for you yesterday, way to go! Good job on holding steady today.

Amanda -- Good luck with your running restart, you'll do great.

Carter -- Would it help to kick the nibbles if you went more extreme for a day or two..ie do an all protein day or all veggie day or something like that?

Salley -- Ooh...I love gadgets! How do you like your new bodybugg so far?

Rennie -- Cam didn't really understand about the snow because the ski hill near us makes their own snow, and they have the ski and snowboard hills ready, but the tubing hill is their last priority, so we have to wait. He was consoled yesterday by a nerf gun that my Aunt bought for him, he was over the moon about it! I know Chuck E Cheese is expensive! We always wait for coupons too, and I just have 1! You know, for an off plan day you didn't do so bad yesterday. It's just a drop in the bucket -- back at it today so you can impress your soldier on her grad day! Good job on the treadmill

163.2 this morning, so I made my goal of losing a pound last week.

I bought some salad mixes today in an effort to eat a little healthier (I generally hate vegetables). One is mixed greens with bits of dried pears and gorgonzola cheese dressing - it's dee-lish.

I hope everyone has a great week.
