Another day up to nearly 1600 calories, and another day the scale has moved... I'm almost down to where I started this month. It's still a challenge eating this much without eating refined carbs like sugar and flour (which I insist on in only small amounts, as they are my "drugs".)

Kukkie, my scale keeps going wonky, too. It's the second one in a row that has periodic bouts of spewing out any number it feels like, with a span of up to 4 pounds! I'm afraid of getting another one... Let us know what brand you get next, and how well it works.
