I dropped to 192 yesterday... any day (or week!) now, I'm outta here!

Do you have trouble grasping the fact you're under 200 pounds and in smaller sizes? I was shopping today, something I hadn't done for quite a while, and there was a top I really liked at Fashion Bug... They only had 2 - one was 0X and one was 3X. Without giving it much thought, I took the 3X to the dressing room because my mind said, "I may still be able to fit into something this big" instead of considering the 0X might fit. Ummm it was like a nightgown, lol. Defeated, I tried on the smaller one just to find it fit wonderfully! I felt so silly, but I really just can't accept that the weight loss is real and there are differences other than the numbers I see on the scale. I still feel I'm in bigger sizes than others my height/weight, but it has to do with my apple shape and I have to be OK with how I'm built and know I'm losing sizes at my own individual rate. |
I was so happy to be in onederland it took me a few days to start thinking about where I want to be next and join you here!

I posted this in NSV, then realized it was a SV (oops, lol) so I'll share it here instead: I have had Wii Fit for 1,110 days... Today was the first time it ever called me overweight instead of obese. I could kiss the balance board. |
getting out of the 191-192 range is proving difficult~~ been under 200 since 2/14.... hope to be down to 189.9 by 3/14

I had a super good week!! I worked out 6 days and stuck to my diet... It paid off with a 2.6 pound loss.
I've mentioned that I am captain of a team participating in the Live Healthy Wellness Challenge - today is day 53 of 100 and I am only 3 pounds away from the 10% goal I set for myself. I'm excited to see just how far I can go before the challenge clock winds down. Best wishes to everyone this week!!!!! :carrot: |
With TOM and some constipation, I was feeling bloated and yucky yesterday for weigh-in, but today I felt a lot better so I took another peek - 193.4!! I am pretty excited!

I've managed to get down to 195 but I keep popping back up to 198.55i9484 blah blah. I've set some mini-goals for myself, and if I can continue tracking food and running I know I'll be outta the 90's soon. |
Hi there, aka!! Congrats on the weight you've lost so far and I hope the 190's get easier for you!
I weighed in today and 192.0, so I am getting close! Also, there are 40 day left in the wellness challenge, and I've already surpassed my goal by 2 pound. Another 10 pounds would be a 15% loss, so I can hope for that, but even if I miss it by a pound or 2, I will still be pretty happy with my progress. Off to start another week... Good luck, all! |
somni and justsharing, thanks! hated feeling like i was doing everything right and was just bouncing around the same numbers over and over again. Kept up doing the right thing an now im solidly in the 180s. funny how you celebrate your one victory (getting to 180s) and then quickly feel like thats not that great! ugh

I've been lurking the onerderland thread but as of this morning I don't belong there. I've now crossed over into 199 and I couldn't be happier.

I was at 196.7, still on TOM. I'm hoping to get out of the 190s by the end of April. We will see!
