I am not sure what my upcoming August 4th reading will look like. I had a huge water gain. On July 28th I weighed 220 on august 1st I weighed 245 a 25 pound gain and on August 2, today I weigh 230 a 15 pound drop from yesterday and from that 25 pound gain.
My starting weight was 226 and my goal is to lose 2 pounds a week which would equal 42 pounds. And this Challenge is totally helping -- yesterday I stayed strong because I wanted to make sure I had a good weigh-in for the week. lol. Hope everyone has a great day :D |

I'm on my way out of town this morning... I've got a couple of days of classes for work in Chicago, and then I'm going to spend a few days with my family since they live in the area. Staying 100% OP probably isn't realistic under the circumstances, but I'm going to work really hard at staying 90% to 95%.
Since I'm going to be out of town on Sunday, I weighed in this morning and am down another pound since my last weigh-in. :carrot: |
