So I had a horrible off plan weekend last weekend so the fact that I still put up a loss makes me happy! I lost 1.4 last week.

I've been having a no loss week so far - not sure why, because I have remained completely on plan. The only change is that I may be eating slightly less (eliminating a snack) but I eat when I'm hungry so it's not a conscious thing. Maybe just less hungry due to the heat?
I'm hoping I get some sort of whoosh going by my Sunday WI day. |
Down 2.6 for the week, 8.6 total. I am totally on track, that leaves me with 10.8 - 30.8 pounds to lose by Thanksgiving to be in my goal range. I got this!

i swear i posted here yesterday... but something in cyberspace must have eaten it.
down 4.7 pounds this week (i'm assuming a good chunk of water finally dropped off after my gain from redlobster-fest) so i'm down a total of 4 pounds since the start, trying to do about 1.6 - 2.0lbs per week to hit my goal... 28.5 to go! |

I've been keeping my eye on this thread since last week and keeping track myself, but I guess the point is accountability so I'm jumping in feet first! I'd like to lose 25lbs by the end of the challenge and hopefully I can!
