I'm down 1.6 this week for a total of 10.6 since the start.

Down a lb.4 but TOM is scoping me out and giving me that "hey baby, wanna gain some water weight" eye. Next week might make me cry. I KNOW in my brain (kind of) what to expect, but that doesn't seem to make me ACCEPT it, you know?

It's been busy! I teach pre-K and so I've spent this past week working in my school room getting ready for all the kiddos to arrive. Even though I cheated a little on my Medifast plan, I have still done very well. I'm down 7 lbs! Yippee!!!

Okay, so I forgot to post yesterday's weight, which was 205.4, so exactly 4lbs down since the previous week. (We won't talk about today, I have a whole week to work on it!)

Well, I'm down 0.4 this week. It's a lackluster ending since I couldn't manage to shed what I gained last week. BUT - I'm 35% of the way to my goal weight and 25% of the way through this challenge. So far so good when you look at the long term!
envelope -- GREAT attitude. If we stick to our plans, the weight WILL come off! FutureThoughts -- :woohoo: Like you, the challenges help me stay on track as well. For some reason though, the weight just isn't moving much the last two weeks. I'm staying strong though and have been perfectly on plan for...gosh...for a long time so I KNOW the weight will move again soon. :) Samadhi -- Awesome job this week!
