I might as well join in, hopefully this keeps me on track .

I was thinking of joining Weight Watchers because I have the habit of going off track more then I am on track. I think I just need the extra support. I really need and want to loose the weight! I also want to learn how to do it properly and stay on track!

Good morning ladies.. 8am over here.. Just had my 1st cup of coffee.. I weigh
217.2 this morning.. But on day 3 of TTOM.. It will soon go down again..
I work today and tomorrow.. Then off Sat. and Sunday..
My refrig. is about to go on the blitz, I think.. Hope it doesn't cost too much to fix!!

Good Morning All!

I am back down that pesky .4 to 218.8 again. Bouncy, bouncy, bouncy this month for me.

Didn't workout at all last night. Except for a little bit of dancing in my kitchen. Headed to the gym tonite for my 35 min run. My knee feels ok so I am going to give it a go. I feel ok about breaking up my run into intervals if I need to. I like walk/jog intervals.

So I've got a wonderful leak in my basement. About 2/3 of my basement floor is sopping wet. Awesome. Hopefully it will get fixed quick. Luckily my friend is my landlord, so I'm sure all will be well soon.

I'll try to be back later for personals. Hope you all have a wonderful day!

just a quick jump on here for me right now.

Up to 175.4 . . . at first I was annoyed, then realized the scale has dropped 4 lbs in 4 days . . . so up .6 is nothing to be angry/upset about.
Back to 174 tomorrow

Hello again friends. just a quick visit for me this morning, I was a little late to work and have to get to it!

I'm holding today at my current low, 204. I've been at or around this low for two weeks - right before I came down with that nasty chest cold. I'm okay with that - part of my plan is not being in a hurry, so holding at a low for two weeks is just fine with me. And I have a happy feeling there is a whoosh around the corner ...

So I am down a pound. I'll take it! Maybe it was all the greens I ate yesterday. My dinner was just like my lunch yesterday.

Kukkie - I do have an elliptical but I rarely use it. I use my treadmill more. My elliptical is a cheap piece of equipment I got at Kmart for 89 dollars! lol...it creaks and wiggles too much. I am thinking about replacing it because I really do like the elliptical machine, but I dont have the cash right now. If I do get one it will likely be from Costco though! Sorry if I wasnt too much help. If you do buy one update me with which one you decided on!

Diana- I have seen the bento box lunches. There is this one lady on Flickr that makes her kids lunches and photographs them. Its pretty amazing what those kids get for lunch! lol...

Blueeyes- Welcome! I hope you find success here. You will definitely find support, that is for sure!

195. Still elevated, which is not really all that surprising. I'm just picking up my exercise regimen after fall hiatus and muscles are protesting!

I'm proud of myself, though. Yesterday did swimming (30 mins, 500M) and biking (stationary bike, 8 miles/30 mins). Today will run and maybe swim.

This is one of those "glad I started a year ago!" moments. I remember that I started with a stationary bike in February, 10 mins every other day on level 1. And it was very, very hard. If I can do that, I will overcome last fall's health issues, meet my weight goals, and run a (sprint) triathlon this year!

Still no runs for the week! Gah. I started the get dressed yesterday and my throat was killing me, felt fatigued so laid down. I wake up this morning and my throat is practically swollen shut. We have a doctor onsite at work so I made an appointment. They thought I had full blown strep but swabbed my throat and said it was negative. THANK GOD! man, the devil is just trying to get me down this week. First TTOM and now this yucky sickness. Got put on antibiotics. Will probably take the rest of the week off and give my body time to recooperate from everything.

I'm going to a tap dancing conference on Saturday for 2 hours, so that should be fun with lots of calories burned. I think I'll go home and go to sleep when I get off of work. I am so tired
