Well the scale rebelled today as I feared. I was up 2 lbs this morning to 220.6.
I didn't let it stop me though!! I am really feeling yesterday's run/incline walk in my muscles today. I am sore. I also ate late last night. So I'm feeling that those 2 lbs are water. It'll be gone in no time.
So I was up and down the stairs a few times today with doing laundry and then toting the heavy baskets upstairs. I was on plan with my eating, so I am not worried there either. Just got done with some of Bob's 15 min abs. I already feel it, I wonder if I'll be sore like last time. I look forward to the day that I am strong enough to work on improving my form more.
Morning ladies.. I have been up since 4am.. Woke up too early.. At least I am off today.. I weigh 219 this morning.. But TTOM just got here. So the next few days might be off some.. Oh well..
Another Monday morning. Wow, I am still holding at 205, one up from my current low.
Still have a tiny bit of lingering chest congestion but the worst is over. My plan this week is to do a strict counting week (I am usually a calorie estimator with strict counting a couple days a month just for a sanity check/occasional kick in the pants) and ease back into exercising after taking more than a week away for the chest cold.
Angie,you did great while away may Jesus protect you and guide the surgeon's hands during your operation let us know how you're doing.I had mine taken out over 10 years ago and everything went well and Everything will go well with you too.

Up.2 to 212.6! I've been so frustrated cause i haven't been able to exercise my normal time due to the weather or my main track being close I've become obsessed about exercising at a certain time leaving me to drive all the way cross town to a track which is very inconvenient which cause stress so I'm trying to get my head right,get some perspective and chill out...sort of preparing myself for how I'm gonna live the rest of my life keeping this weight off.My eating habits are solid, it's just getting my mind right about exercising.
About the exercise, is the track closed because of the cold weather or is it another issue? Remember in this lifestyle change we still have to be flexible. Someone or something is always going to try to throw a monkey wrench in our plans. Don't let it get you down. Do what you gotta do to get it done. Afterward be proud of having those plans in place.
Thanks Diana,you do look younger for real but yeah,it's a holiday today and now on the weekends they don't open it cause i guess since School is closed.I didn't start exercising till April last year and it was open all the time then cause everyone was walking.( was hot)I'm gonna have to find a gym with an inside track cause this is not good.it's like I'm antsy and need to get out then i went to Zumba at Curves and they were dancing to slow for me so that's not gonna work.I'm learning flexibility Diana,it's hard when I've always been so strict but I'm learning

I joined 3FC's years ago, left for a while, resigned up back in April of 2010 but never posted anything and now here I am again. This time to lose the weight for good.

1-17 270.8
Although I'm a little frustrated that I'm acutally up in weight since last week. I have been sticking to my work outs and eating clean. I will keep pushing forward.
