Morning All!

I am down .8 today to 219.8. I'll take it. My legs are still sore. I'm not worried. I am going for my run tonite...35 mins straight. I am going to see how my legs are feeling after about 15 mins or so. I may break it up and do a 20 min run and then walk for a couple mins and then do a 15 min run. It will depend on how my legs feel. I don't want to overdo it. I want to be able to run on Wednesday.

Will try to check back later. Have much to get done at work. Have a wonderful morning everyone!

Morning all (barely!) A lazy morning here. Still holding at 205.7, but it's better than gaining, which is what used to happen after every weekend

I'm doing ok with eating OP, so this week I'm going to focus on exercise. That's where I really need some improvement and what I think will really make a difference. My treadmill is on the fritz, but my husband is off today and I'm hoping he can get it going again!

Happy monday ladies I am 228 today up a little not really worried because I am so sore I did a lot of lower body on saturday and Im still feeling the burn. I know I need to be drinking more water my intake is low and I know that has a lot to do with why Im losing so slow. I must up my water intake and liquid intake period because to be honest I hardly drink during the day especially during the winter months.

Paradise,you've been kicking butt,very impressive! hope you enjoy your day off yeah..the Zumba instructor must have thought up dance moves for senior citizens or didn't want to work us too hard thank you! The more you lose, the more energy you'll have(mine come in spurts ) you're doing a great Job!!

Good Morning Ladies,

I'm checking in I am doing well still working nights and doing all of the other things I do also. Next year will be different I'm not volunteering for anything . So no more spreading myself too thin and burning myself out.

I haven't counted calories in awhile but I am sure that my calories are lower than they should be because of the how my day pans out. My weight has been staying between 170-172 ... at least that's what it says the days that I get on the scale. I would still love to see my low of 165 again and eventually my original goal of 150. Maybe when the weather breaks I may just be able to do it once I am able to get my 3 miles a day in again.

Diana love the new avatar and you're in the 160's You go GIRL!!

Hey Ona they started doing Zumba at my Curves, I haven't been to test it out yet but a friend told me about it and I don't see how they do it with changing each time the tape says to switch but I'll see one of these days Maybe that's why it seems so slow.

Hi ladies! I'm back from vacation and will start daily weigh-ins again.

Today it was 249.6 - about 3 lbs up from before my trip. Not too bad I guess, considering how I was eating .

Hey all. Thanks for the well wishes on the house! There's been a lot of back and forth negotiating with the sellers (through two very lazy agents) as a result of the home inspection we did on Friday, but I think we're finally *fingers crossed* signing the final papers this afternoon.

I was up this morning to 194.5 but we ate out twice yesterday and by no means did I watch what I ate as it was kind of a pre-celebration. Hubs and I have talked about buying our own elliptical once we do, so let's see what happens.

Hey girls - off to ski tomorrow. feeling stressed and not a little bit scared. I know I can do this, but when I was reading the menu to the kids today, I felt really nervous again. Pasta, pizza, cheese toasties etc etc etc. Gulp - I will not give in, I will get through this - I CAN do it !! I will check in from time to time, but as I'm up a mountain, Internet access is always a wee bit stressful. Ten days- lets aim for 3 lbs so !84 !! I will miss you all
