I have been so tired lately. Been spending my nights at the theater, my days at work, and my in-betweens on trying to catch up on house work. The show opens in 3 weeks and I'm positive I'll be happier once it's all over!!

Good morning ladies! Sadly I never got the chance to catch up with everyone on the weekend. I have decided not to try and diet anymore, my life is too stressful - and while I am still losing weight it's just because I haven't been able to eat regularly for nearly a month. I am finally seeking some professional help because I'm unable to deal with everything myself. So anyways, thats why I won't be around! I wish you all the best with your weight loss and hopefully someday soon I'll be back to my regular life

Good Morning All!

I am down a pound to 218.8. It's nice to see my body let go of some water. Had a great workout last night. I did my 35 mins. I broke it up into 2 sections. I'm glad that I did too. My muscles are fatigued today but not as bad as yesterday so that is nice.

It is snowing and sleeting here today. Awesome! NOT!!! Hope everyone has a great day!

11: 189.5 - Oh finally! 4 miles treadmill walk/jog intervals

I get so close and then get moved back into the 194-196 range over and over. We went camping this holiday, so I had my share of snacks for sure, but we walked/hiked a lot and I made sure to keep my resolution of a mile a day by jogging for 15 minutes a day.

I know I am retaining water big time and I know TOM is around the corner lurking. I just got past my "desperate need for chocolate" part of the month - I am starting to chart that on my spreadsheet too. It is amazing how every month about 15 days in I need CHOCOLATE!

So back to work today, that will get me headed in the right direction! I haven't caught up on all the posts yet but I will! I hope you all had a good weekend!

I'm up today, too...2 lbs! I was on plan and have been, but I have started my triathlon training program (gulp...did I just write that???) a few days ago and think there is some water retention going on from that. My muscles certainly think something is going on!

I have been hiding . . . Life has been crazy, stressful, busy for the last couple of months and I have done terrible. I am ready to be back to my old self (my old, new 3FC self). I put my GWF armband back on yesterday evening after having not worn it for several weeks. I also logged my calories into my online journal. I am up over ten pounds since the end of October - which is totally unacceptable and ridiculous (I finally changed my ticker and deleted some of my dancers I hate seeing that number in my ticker!). I have been on the hunt for an affordable, good used treadmill since I had to give up my gym membership and working out to videos or the Wii is not doable right now. This past weekend, I was going to work on clearing a space to exercise in the basement but my grandson was scheduled for surgery yesterday (all went well) so this past week and weekend have been a little more crazy than usual. Hopefully by the weekend I can have an exercise space worked out for myself again.
