7: 190.2 - 1 mile run at 4.0 + 40 mins Sweating to the Oldies! LOL!
8: 190 - 6 hours (yes 6 hours!) of Xbox Dance Central
9: 190.4- 1 mile run @ 4.0
10: 195 - Arrrgh... - 2 miles Leslie Sansone + 1.5 mile run @ 4.0 = 3.5
11: 189.5 - Oh finally! 4 miles treadmill walk/jog intervals
12: 189 - 2 miles treadmill run
13: OOT - Jogged for 15 minutes
14: OOT - Jogged for 15 minutes
15: OOT - Jogged for 15 minutes

17: 196 - Back to the 190's again!
I get so close and then get moved back into the 194-196 range over and over. We went camping this holiday, so I had my share of snacks for sure, but we walked/hiked a lot and I made sure to keep my resolution of a mile a day by jogging for 15 minutes a day.
I know I am retaining water big time and I know TOM is around the corner lurking. I just got past my "desperate need for chocolate" part of the month - I am starting to chart that on my spreadsheet too. It is amazing how every month about 15 days in I need CHOCOLATE!
So back to work today, that will get me headed in the right direction! I haven't caught up on all the posts yet but I will! I hope you all had a good weekend!
