OMG!! Overnight I'm down 2 more pounds to 207!!! Ok, so let me tell you chickies I KNOW this is going to bounce up. I have lost like 6 pounds in the last two weeks which for me is unheard of (post menopausal, hypothyroid, sigh).

But I'm going to savor it while I have it, bounce be darned! And it's going on the ticker 'cause it's mine!

You are inspirational! 27 miles, I can't even imagine ... I'm going to pick up my bike at the repair shop today and go for a bike ride this afternoon. Haven't ridden a bike for a couple of years, so....it isn't going to be 27 miles! I have to say that's incredible, wow.

Do you have a comfy seat for your bike?

I'm still at 207 and am happy I haven't bounced up. I'm amazed and thrilled. Maybe (hope-hope-hope) this decade will be a quick one.

Ok, chickies. This week has not been for the faint of heart.

I got on the scale this morning at 207

Now, intellectually, I KNOW that isn't right.

Not only have I not been off plan, I feel like I've been practically saintly...terrific workouts, spot on plan, and very healthy choices.

I'm so bloated right now that my waist last night measured 42" (I'm normally 35") and my Tanita measured my water weight percentage a whopping 6% points above normal...

This has happened to me a couple of times before on my journey, and it's always corrected itself without me doing anything...but still it's SO FRUSTRATING.

I have to go to a conference at the end of the week and I actually thought if I was really good that I might be close to onederland, and instead I'm looking at a (temporary) 4 lb gain.

Ok, rant over. I hope I'll have better news to report tomorrow.

Hey All,

Weighed this morning and I am 202.6. Which I totally expected as I ran the Fargo 5K last night. I think I am retaining water so it will be drinking alot of water today to counteract it. Hopefully will see a drop again here soon.

Great job running the 5K!!

I'm down 1,4#s today... 5.8 to go!

Hang in there ubergirl. I know it SUCKS but focus on the knowledge that it is just water and the fat is still leaving your body. And when that water leaves, omg, you will be so happy to see the scale drop!!

Still 205 here

Thanks Lyn! I'm glad I've been through this before, because it's just crushing... I can handle a stuck scale... I can handle the 1-2 pound bounce... but four pounds! Please remind me NEVER to eat cabbage for lunch and dinner two days in a row and then top it off with beans, LOL. Never again!

Still 206 today. Sigh...

CJ, thanks for the note. I was really delighted that I was able to make that ride yesterday. I have a good seat (designed for women) and padded bike underwear to help too.

Looks like I squeezed out one more pound from my post-TOM whoosh week. Now I expect to sit here at 204 for about a week before dropping again. At least that's been my pattern. If I drop one pound this week I'll be surprised.

205.6 today, which was nice to see. I swear that the scale gets crankier and less cooperative with every ounce on this side of Onederland.
