Ok, at least the scale is moving in the right direction again-- 204.6 this am...which makes me still one and a half pounds above where I was two weeks ago...
I am being extremely careful about my calories...AND working out a lot. I'm also sleeping a lot and trying to destress after two really stressful weeks...
Most of the extra water weight is gone... I WANT TO KISS the 200s GOODBYE!
I just realized I started this thread on 4/23... I did NOT think that FIVE WEEKS LATER I'd still be stuck in the middle of the decade. I must have the metabolism of a turtle.
Hey ubergirl, I just read your post on the thread about how much better you feel now than at 295, how you can run etc and I am just SO amazed at all you've accomplished! I am only 40 and we weigh the same but I could no way, no how keep up with you woman! You have come so far! Just wow

You always seem to know just the right thing to say! I just came home from a 45 minute run-- I was only going to do 35 minutes and I felt pretty good so I decided just to keep going....but I'm sure you could keep up with me. I think I'm the slowest runner in the universe.
