I have been letter perfect with my plan-- and lots of working out-- Monday, I ran and lifted, Tuesday, I ran 45 minutes, Wednesday, ran and swam, Today, I have personal trainer.
My weight as of this morning 205.
Fortunately, this has happened to me before.... and it always ends up breaking through after a week or two, but STILL. SO AGGRAVATING.
What the heck happened to 203????
