Had an almost 3lb whoosh over the weekend...and didn't make it official until this morning...i thought i was just dehydrated or something. But the whoosh stuck and I'm hoping I have another one. I love those kind of surprises!!! 204.2 today!

Isn't this an exciting place to be???

I am still 208 but that's ok. I think my sodium was a bit high yesterday. I am still biking and walking, and will strength train today and watch the salt. Have a great day guys!

I can't believe it, but I forgot to weigh again this morning, and I also forgot my lunch today for the FIRST TIME EVER in 11 months.... Went to the caf at work and got sushi and cut up carrots. I thought the carrots tasted extra good until I realized that they were covered in BUTTER. AAAARGH. Even though I work in a health care facility, there are no nutrition facts and they slather the only healthy menu choice in BUTTER.

I've had a horrible week-- three out of town day trips, and three work days in the last six days.... I've been on plan, but a little sloppy (like forgetting my lunch) and only got to exercise two days out of seven-- I normally exercise AT LEAST five days....

Can't wait to get back to a more normal pace and back to my normal routine.

Gosh I ate way too much today... still pretty much on plan but just at the edge of being okay... and too much salt (PMS). I did walk to the park and lift weights and plan to bike 30 minutes but man I am bloated. I think I will get a whoosh NEXT week.

Good Morning All, My scale has been my friend for the past couple of days. I weighed this morning and I am 205.2!!!!!!! That means I have lost 131.4 lbs. I am so excited.

Aack!!!! I am up one pound from last week to 209. I had two hard days last week with alot of foot/ankle pain where I did overeat. However, I 've been on track from Friday until today.

Oh well...it will go back to 208 next week I hope. I want to get to onederland! I changed my ticker to 209 to keep it real.

Me, ugh. 207 this morning. Am just stalled. I have not been eating off plan, but just so unbelievably busy that I'm not paying quite as much attention and missed most exercise days. Am going to really step it up a notch and am hoping to hit 205 in the next few days.

I was stuck at 202.0 for 4 days. I even thought my batteries had died. But hubby and the girls weight different. I would get back on and 202.0 grr. My daughters got me a 3 mile boot camp and I started sunday and man, I am so sore I can barely walk, but i am 199.6 yea! It helped me to change my excercise.

Hormones suck, and irritating estranged husbands double-suck. It's OK to feel crappy. Both the hormones and the husband will pass, and you'll be back to feeling awesome soon
